Scarpa GTX shoes, comfortable and waterproof
Well priced set of shoes, order delivered pretty quickly with good tracking. This is probably my 4th or 5th set of these and they last a couple of years before relegated to gardening duties. Wear most days out and about, waterproof and comfortable fit.

Shockingly poor customer service
Shockingly poor customer service from this company. Ordered some Nordic Walking poles at £43 and paid £5.95 next day delivery. I got the poles, unpacked them and took them to my first ever NW class - it was then that I discovered they had been sent WITHOUT the hand straps. I came back from my class and sent an email to say "can you send me the missing straps?". Oh no came the reply, I'd have to send the poles back. I explained that I had used them so couldn't really return them. I asked if they could send me a replacement pair but no couldn't do that without returning them first - by this time it was only a few days before my next class. So asked if I order a new pair could they waive the postage as the original set were faulty - again the answer came back NO! So I place a whole new order (the price had increased to £47) and I had to pay postage of £3.95. So now I've paid £56 for the poles - really wished I'd gone to Mountain Warehouse like my fellow classmates!

Poor delivery timescale and customer service
12 days after placing my order they send me dispatch tracking. When I followed the link it showed clearly it was delivered at the wrong address. They then go into some internal investigation on what went wrong, and wouldn't refund or resend the items until the process is complete. I've no idea how they survive as a business

Our Customer Service agents are committed to helping, but they must follow certain procedures, which include escalating cases internally for resolution. After Polina escalated your case, we thoroughly reviewed the situation and found that the proof of delivery did not match your address. I understand that your order has now been refunded, as we were unable to replace the item.
