Does not work at all! Customer service just try to stall for time by asking me to do updates and videos to prove that I’ve done all the steps requested by them.

I would have gave it 0 stars if possible.

If you want to waste your money and time, buy their product. If you want peace of mind, AVOID OTTO Cast at all times!

Prodotto pessimo, non funziona. Ci mette un’eternità per collegarsi, per poi disconnettersi frequentemente, le chiamate sono in differita. Ho chiesto il rimborso e mi stanno portando allo sfinimento con decine di richieste, video, modelli di auto e cellulare. Gli sto mandando tutto ma di darmi il rimborso non se ne parla ancora. Spero di risolvere e di riuscire ad averlo perché è un prodotto che non mantiene quello che promette

ATTENTI!!! e stato fornito in pezzo che non funziona, assistenza assente, poco chiari in tutto, non fornivono l'indirizzo di reso per 3 settimane, ho pagato la spedizione, mi hanno rimborsatocon il 20% di meno del costo totale del pezzo.

Il prodotto non è compatibile e il supporto non risponde alle mail inviate e segnalazioni sul loro sito.
Ho perfino chiamato al numero indicato sul loro sito, non risponde nessuno.
Inizio a pensare che sia una truffa...

Ich habe leider auch eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung damit gemacht. Das Gerät wird heiß und hängt sich nach einer Zeit auf. Mir wurde angeboten das Gerät zurückschicken mit Photos vom Gerät und Verpackung, und dann würden die mir nach der Ankunft meines Gerätes ein anderes besseres für deutlich mehr Geld zuschicken. Das ist kein Service für mich. Für meins habe ich 59,99 bezahlt und das neue kostet jetzt 69 euro. Da meins aber jetzt nur 44,99 kostet soll ich 24,01 zahlen. Das heißt für mich ich zahle 84 euro für etwas was jetzt 69 euro kostet. Ich habe es abgelehnt und werde es wegschmeißen. Da würde ich nie wieder was kaufen.

I strongly advise against purchasing directly from this company. I paid extra for expedited 2-day shipping on February 18th, yet the item did not arrive until February 24th. When the product finally arrived, it was defective, suffering from constant disconnections and glitchy performance.

I acted in good faith by attempting to troubleshoot the unit independently, even purchasing additional hardware at my own expense and testing the device in multiple vehicles to confirm the fault was with the unit itself. Despite being only 13 days into my 30-day return window, the company has refused to provide a return shipping label.

Instead of honoring their written policy, they have used stall tactics by demanding "video evidence"—a requirement that is not found anywhere in their published return terms. I specifically chose to buy directly from their website believing I would receive better support than through a third-party platform, but I was wrong.

Because they have refused to provide a return label or a refund for a faulty product that arrived late, I have been forced to escalate this to my financial institution as a bad-faith dispute. Save yourself the frustration and buy your electronics elsewhere.

Meine Erfahrung mit Ottocast war leider sehr negativ.

Das gelieferte Gerät funktionierte bei mir von Anfang an nicht zuverlässig. Die CarPlay-Verbindung brach regelmäßig ab, sodass eine stabile Nutzung nicht möglich war.

Daraufhin habe ich fristgerecht mein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht genutzt. Statt den Widerruf einfach zu akzeptieren, erhielt ich jedoch mehrfach nur standardisierte Antworten mit technischen Rückfragen, obwohl ich bereits klar erklärt hatte, dass ich den Artikel zurückgeben möchte.

Mein Widerruf wurde zunächst nicht korrekt bearbeitet. Erst nach mehreren E-Mails, deutlichem Hinweis auf mein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht und schließlich nach Einschaltung von PayPal wurde mir eine Rücksendeadresse mitgeteilt.

Die Rücksendung ist mittlerweile beim Unternehmen angekommen und eine Rückerstattung wurde angekündigt. Der gesamte Ablauf war jedoch unnötig kompliziert und sehr zeitaufwendig.

Ein einfacher Widerruf sollte im Onlinehandel problemlos möglich sein. Dass man dafür mehrfach nachhaken und sogar PayPal einschalten muss, spricht leider nicht für einen guten Kundenservice.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich hier nicht noch einmal bestellen

The product took ages to arrive. I had no idea it was coming from America. That being said, I've had orders from china that have arrived in half the time. But my excitement couldn't be dampened...until I realised it doesn't work. Tried it two different vehicles and nothing. First attempt at connecting it and it displayed an apple carplay set up screen on the car's display. All good...except I only own android tech. Troubleshooting from the manual didn't help one bit. In the end I bought a £23 chinese no name thing from amazon and it worked straight away!

Checked ottocast website for return instructions. Amongst the lengthy returns eligibility criteria was a fee of 20% of product cost if criteria is met. They also recommend sending via DHL. I got a quote to ship via DHL: £52.67. The product cost £35. I'm so glad I didn't buy two

Aibox pro 3 -200euro , doesn't work with VOLVO, I tried on 3 phones. Hard to return, then charged restock crap charge around 50 euros plus shipping back 20 euros, so lost nearly 80 euros, including all the costs involved to return the item.

Hab es bestellt und es funktioniert nach einem Monat nichtmehr richtig. Ichs zu empfehlen hab die Baby Kamera fürs Auto

Acquistato un adattatore wireless, per toyota, nel loro sistema di ricerca davano per certo la funzionalità del prodotto con il mezzo. L'adattatore, arrivato dopo circa tre settimane, non viene riconosciuto dall'auto. Servizio assistenza efficiente, e hanno provato a risolvere il problema, senza riuscirci. Hanno proposto un prodotto diverso, diciamo un upgrade o di tenermi quello attuale, per regalarlo o rivenderlo ( se trovo un altro invornito come lo scrivente) e un rimborso di 5 euro....... ho ringraziato.
Comunque danno informazioni fuorvianti, controllate bene prima di fare acquisti con questa azienda..

Poor customer service, usb dongle didn't even fit my car properly. And If your item goes faulty be prepared for just generic reply's with no resolution. I wouldn't even buy it from other retailers as once a few months has passed there is no way for a return or repair.

Chinesen kapieren nichts von deutschem Käuferrecht und verstehen auch nichts von Kundenservice.

Als ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben habe, dachte ich ich bestelle in Deutschland. Stattdessen kommt die Ware wohl aus China.

Wegen eines Fehlers bei DHL konnte meine Bestellung nicht zugestellt werden und ging zurück an den Absender.
Seitdem weigert sich Ottocast den Rechnungsbetrag zu erstatten und Klarna sitzt mir im Nacken - obwohl ich die Bestellung niemals erhalten habe.

Auf meine Bitte beim Kundenservice den Rechnungsbetrag endlich zu erstatten, kommt jedes Mal die selbe Mail „Sie müssen die Bestellung nicht stornieren, wir schicken Sie Ihnen erneut zu.“

Ich will aber keine Bestellung mehr, weil das alles so unseriös wirkt.

Vorsicht Spekulation: *Wahrscheinlich werden alle meine Daten direkt an einen Server in China geschickt sobald ich mein Handy verbinde. Dort gibt es weder ein Rückgaberecht oder Datenschutz, noch ist man als Käufer vor weiterem Scam und Missbrauch geschützt.*

Extrem unprofessionell und betrügerisch.

In meinem Fahrzeug funktioniert das Gerät nicht. Ich habe daher den Kauf widerrufen um das Gerät zurückzusenden und mein Geld zurück zu erhalten. Seit Wochen keinerlei Reaktion, kein Label, nichts. Keine Antwort auf Mails

Once ordered, it was delivered in 10 days. Pretty impressive since it was shipped from China. Once I connected to my E2 unit to the car it only took 30 secs to boot up from cloud sim, a little longer to configure to hotspot. Now a seamless operation. Android auto can be a little laggy but for the money you can't go wrong

Om du vill köpa en produkt från Ottocast bör du vara 100% säker på att du vill ha den, innan köp. Om du önskar returnera en produkt till dem så gör de livet svårt för dig. Du ska betala frakten själv, till USA, kostnaden för det överstiger oftast priset på själva produkten. Det billigaste jag kunde finna var 375:- (Sek). Det är är direkt oseriösa. De skriver om 30 dagars returrätt men du måste läsa det finstilta för att förstå att du får stå för returfrakten själv.
