Never delivered any product. It's possible the shipping company lost it but Orzly didn't lift a finger either way so today they have my money but I have nothing. They're either scammers or an unserious business. None of which I would even remotely recommend.

I bought two headsets. One developed a fault, but after a bit of 'back an forth' the issue was resolved. I received a full refund, and bought a replacement.

Were it not for the slightly longer than anticipated rectification, the would have recieved 5-stars.

I placed my order for 2 Switch Lite cases on Christmas Eve. One of them was Blue, which turns out they didn't have in stock, which is fine. Contacted me, I got a different color that was in stock. That's okay.

It's now 1/23/2023, about a month later, and I still have received my order. I've contacted them about this, and it wasn't reassuring at all. I don't think I'm going to get it, and I'm out the money. If it takes a month or longer to fulfill an order, that's just way too long.

Everything as advertised and expected - kids really happy with the accessories to make their Nintendo Switch even more fun to play with.

Fast delivery, the product has good quality solutions. We are happy.

Unfortunately local (Danish) taxes were not included when I bought the product online. A sad surprise from the customs authorities when I received the additional payment for taxes :(

The multi-charger is light and the pair of controllers fit fine but the unit would benefit from a longer charger cable

Experiencia terrible. A pesar de desviarte a un site de la página con la bandera española, e indicarte al finalizar la compra que no hay impuestos, sin ninguna advertencia previa, me encuentro que cobran aranceles e Iva al llegar a España.
Me enteré porque antes de llegar me enviaban avisos sobre cobro de aranceles. Lo reclame en su formulario de contacto en Español y ni me contestaron.

It took quitte long before we received our package (VR headset for Switch). After contacting Orzly, they were very helpfull and after some checks, the re-send the headset. Great and helpfull service!
The headset works very well and is a nice add on for the Switch.

It's a super cheap phone case that works well. No complaints here.
