The item ordered was out of stock, but the support team proposed a good alternative. The support team was very kind. I am satisfied.
Although I ended up having to cancel my order through Opumo (no fault of theirs at all but the bad weather would have meant a delay in shipment which I couldn't afford), I would not hesitate to come back and shop with them as their customer service is exceptional. Ahmed is very helpful, quick to respond and you get the feeling he truly cares about his customers!
Ahmed was incredibly helpful in helping me sort out an issue with my order. Would definitely order from OPUMO again if that's the standard of their service!
Spoke to Ahmed after Christmas regarding returns and ordering another pair of trainers before the New Year. Very helpful and quick to reply to my further queries via email.

The Opumo team are for sure some of the best around! Quick reponses to emails, great product knowledge and generally really helpful. It's nice to see a team that are so passionate about the product they sell but also take the time to ensure the customer (me) is happy.

Excellent experience with the website and the product selection is second to none. I ordered a number of items for Christmas presents - all arrived promptly and the product quality exceeded expectations. Love Opumo. Great selection of brands and products, great service. Love reading the magazine blog too. And the loyalty scheme is cool, means you earn credits when you buy stuff.
I purchased a jacket from them and they initially sent it to a wrong recipient. Then when they finally sent the item in it was too big of a size so I returned it.
Upon returning it they did not issue a credit so I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
Their items were of good quality but the experience was pretty horrendus.

Honestly had a few minor issues with my order request.
Contacted by email, the issue was very promptly taken on by Victor at Opumo and he was extremely efficient and resolved my issues set my mind to rest and was extremely happy with how it was resolved and new option or full refund was offered. Excellent stuff and will happily shop with them as a trusted online shopping site.
UPDATED: After getting escalated to the Customer Service Manager, Victor, I have had my issue resolved. He was kind enough to offer that I keep my package if I ever get a hold of whoever received it on my behalf as well as processing my refund. Moreover, he also offered me site credit for my troubles.

I made an order from OPUMO around 2 weeks ago and the order still has not been delivered. It has been 1 week since my last contact with them, through email, yet there has been no reply. I followed up with another email today.
The tracking said that my order was delivered to a person who I do not know, let's call him "Sam". I have asked my neighbours if they have received my package and asked for a "Sam" but there was no "Sam" to be found.
After telling OPUMO that I could not find the person whom the delivery gave my package to, they have ceased to reply.
Evidently, it seems like OPUMO's service stops beyond providing readily accessible information for products and your packages, but will fail to help you when something goes wrong.
It is a shame that I had to be that 1% that failed to be satisfied with OPUMO and I am grateful that they replied to my issue during the busy period of Christmas but they have FAILED to rectify the issue.
Two weeks since I paid for my order and still have not received my package.
My first time ordering from Opumo.
The pros- very fast response when you write in, extremely helpful. Shipment was also fast, took 3 days from the UK to Singapore.
The cons (sort of)- no confirmation email after the order went through. No shipping/ tracking email when the order was despatched. I only found out when I checked my account on the Opumo website.
All in, I would order again. Highly recommended.
Update- Opumo got in touch to let me know the missing emails were a new server issue. Communication had been top notch.

Do not purchase on this site if you'd like to receive poor customer service and an incomplete product. Customer service is evidently nonexistent as they took an eternity to reply to my emails and as well did not include a portion of the product as advertised on the site. Please do not buy from Opumo unless you seek to stress over the state of your package and the possibility of incomplete products. Never purchased from them ever again.

Although my order was delivered on time, there was a missing part (a vital part without which I couldn’t use it at-all). Could I reach anyone about this? I could not. Emails unanswered. Telephone number rings out eventually to an answerphone message which simply asks you to speak after the tone - no pre-recorded message advising of opening hours etc. Apparently no other way of contacting them. Absolutely bizarre to give customers no way of speaking to anyone at Opumo. So now I’ll have to find the spare part myself. Not good and I wouldn’t shop here again.

One of the worst things a retailer can do when an order doesn't go to plan is blame somebody else. 10 days after I ordered a hat I still don't have it as apparently my York postcode interpreted into an Oxford one...
'we are just a platform, anything that happens off our site is out of our control'
One of the lamest excuses going, but one that would hoodwink many consumers. If you are prepared to sell and offer high end items and service, don't follow it up with high end excuses when things go wrong.
They may be good 9/10, but unfortunately for me I'm the 1 who didn't get anything remotely good.
Trying not to be bitter and view this objectively, however they had more than enough time to fix the problem but just left it with their suppliers.
Victor was helpful but could do much more, ie send me another item whilst they retrieve and deal with the one that's gone into a black hole.

Great website and service. Initial communication I had was a little spotty, maybe because I was in a different time zone but the second rep Amed was fantastic. Found an amazing mirror for my wife, didn't expect to get it before Christmas but he got it over with time to spare. Very happy and grateful.
