After a delay in receiving Hope brake pads, (with no communication about the delay), I was sent one pack, which included the spring and retainer, and another pack with just the pads. I emailed them on 15 June and phoned them 3 days later to check they'd received my email.
I was told by the guy who answered the phone that he'd send the missing parts, but they never arrived.
I emailed them again on 21 July and they continue to ignore my communication. Customer service? Zero!

Ordered £3,000 e-bike through CycleScheme. Took 3 weeks(!) to arrive in open, damaged, upside-down box.

Visible damage/scuffs in multiple places, plus possible front brake issue.

They wouldn’t replace so I painstakingly repackaged and returned it. Refund took 7 weeks(!) of repeated chasing, leaving my CycleScheme order tied up for over 10 weeks without a bike.

They were dismissive of the damage (despite my photos) and showed little care for my time, effort and stress incurred through no fault of my own.

I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Brought my bike into the shop in a panic as was having issues with the gears and with a 100 mile sportive tomorrow the timing couldn’t be worse!
John B & Jack were professional, friendly and extremely helpful and soon had the bike running perfectly again.

John B Jack and Oli at Blackburn store absolutely awesome set of lads price matched a bike for my partner despite it coming from a well known box shifter , my advice make the trip to the store and buy from a shop and have the knowledge that you are safe with a reliable store that won’t leave you high and dry if something goes wrong

Purchased a gravel bike earlier this year and within a few miles of riding it developed a drivetrain fault where the chain and gears would jump and jam, making it useless.
I took the bike back and was assured the issue had been fixed. Less than a couple miles after collecting it, what do you know same fault.
At this point I was still within my 30 day short term right to reject, so I returned the bike and requested a refund. The bike was kept for what I was told was a "full inspection", only for them to say no fault had been found (how convenient).
Rather than spend months arguing and going through the courts, I reluctantly accepted their offer of an 80% refund on a £1,300 bike that I had owned for only a few weeks.
To add to the mess, the settlement figure they initially provided was wrong and had to be corrected by me after they realised their maths didn't add up.
The problems didn't end there. I was later assured that my Cycle to Work agreement had been cancelled, only to discover that deductions were still being taken from my salary. After contacting Cycle Solutions directly, I was informed that the order had not actually been cancelled and they had to process the cancellation themselves.
By the end of this farce I had no bike, £260 less in my pocket, an additional salary deduction taken from my wages and had spent weeks chasing people to sort out mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. What should have been a straightforward bike purchase turned into a complete headache from start to finish. The best part? They still maintain the bike wasn't faulty. Funny that, because they somehow found over a grand to hand back as a "goodwill gesture". Must be the most generous bike shop in Britain. Either that or they knew exactly what they were doing and wanted the whole thing to disappear.
An absolute shower of cowboys and without question the worst retailer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Jack and John really helped me by fixing my son’s bike when I needed last minute assistance. Brilliant service will definitely be going back there.

Ordered from on yer bike. Nothing after the initial order confirmation then two weeks later after contacting them I receive a refund. No email from them still or reply to my contact. Would not recommend

I have used these guys multiple times now, delivery is always super fast. Prices are reasonable but I generally use them because of there great customer service. Any issues what so ever they are there to help, even when I messaged at around 11pm I got a response the same night. Can't fault them at all!

I was absolutely blown away by the excellent service I received. Had an Endura jacket that had lost its seams and On Yer Bike sent me a replacement without any issues. Couldn’t have been more helpful! A+++
