Absolutely disgraceful
Has taken them a year to complete any snags from our property, the property flooded a week after moving in and still isn't resolved
Was told moulded skirting boards are fine, removed to find black mould all across the lower floor,
No communication, wont turn up to meetings
Customer service manager is awful
We have gone to the ombudsman
Do not buy from these people
UPDATE** they have come round and found even more mould behind base boards i was told where completely fine not 4 weeks ago, where my disabled child crawls around on oxygen, no eta to when this will be fixed and complaints team don't care

Julie took my call today and was very professional and efficient at handling my call and escalating my issues, the 5 stars are for Julie, not Onward who have caused myself and son extreme distress not dealing with repairs in a timely manner and sending contractors unable to do the job in hand

I have just accepted my new property…
I have just accepted my new property today! The whole journey was made so easy with the help from janine from lettings and admin, she updated me through every step of the way and kept me updated, the whole process was made very easy with her help and constant contact! She is definitely an asset to the company! Arriving at the property to sign i was greeted by jayne, who was a warm friendly face and explained everything clearly and was very reassuring. 5 stars to both ladies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you !

REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPAIRS TEAM
Customer service team are brilliant helpful and understanding and take the time to listen to you. I have dealt with most of them from customer services team so too many to mention.
The repair team at onward repairs are helpful understanding sympathetic.and try sort your problem out same as above too many to mention by name
Since I started a complaint Ive dealt with onwatd teams constantly for the 6 weeks and they been great and nothing to much trouble
Its a shame onward have contractors like Axis atentending their daily repairs the circus clowns axis are really letting onward down l. Because of Axis as tenans cant vent their frustration at Axis management the staff at onward homes take the brunt of tenants frustration which is unfair on the staff.
Because of the constant poor work poor conduct they not entering my property to carry out repairs. Which made clear to onward homes

Nothing has been done by onward about my garden onward reached out on the 22 June said I would hear back within 10 day for a resolution it’s nearly 3 weeks since I spoke to them and you get the same old generated reply ,I’m actually so fed up
