This company Ollo is trash. They acquired Ally and I got caught up in the acquisition. They claim zero fraud liability but that is a lie. The company is perfectly designed do you can't actually talk to anyone who can really help you. I've been battling thousands and thousands of fraud for months. Every time I call I have to argue to get to a supervisor. I get a little more information every time on this mess, but it takes an hour of arguing to get there. This company is absolutely terrible. Run away. Do not use them. Close your cards if you have them and move on.

Great card easy to use and rewards are good. App is easy to use to monitor usage and make payments.

Since day one, charges have shown up on my account that I did not make. Sometimes Ollo takes off the charge, but sometimes they don't. I'm still paying on charges I didn't make. When contacting customer support, I was told "Sorry, those charges are for you to pay, there's nothing else we can do."

They called me to tell me someone had made fraudulent charges. I called right away to tell them I didn't buy anything from the Vendor since March. They want me to write a letter with documentation to prove my innocence. There was 2 purchases made online. The first charge for $80 they denied. The 2nd charge for $344 went through. I would cancel this card if it didn't lower my credit score. A measly amount they can take as a loss on their income tax. Poor Customer Service!!!

Ollo is one of the worst credit card providers I’ve dealt with. I strongly recommend staying away unless you want to deal with unnecessary frustration and regret.

Straight forward, sell it like it was!

I would not ever advise you get this card they have scam tactics where they continue to charge interest after it is closed by high amounts. They also have "repayment plans" THAT ARE MISSLEADING and they continue to charge fees even when the amounts are paid on time

I’m very happy with my Ollo credit card! I love its beautiful Royal Blue color and design. The application process was quick and easy, and the mobile website is very user-friendly.

I was initially attracted by the 0% introductory APR for 12 months. I was also pleasantly surprised when Ollo increased my credit limit! Thank you! More surprises like that would be wonderful! 😊

I hope the APR remains reasonable after the introductory period. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Ollo!

There are just the right amount of reminders of your due date so you won't forget to pay your bills on time. The online site is easy to use and straight forward. No problems understanding the layout.
After some months with Ollo and paying on time, they gave me an increase in my limit! I wasnt expecting that, so it felt great!

Overall, it is a great card to have! I recommend people to get one.

Only 4 out of 5 star because my experience has not been long yet. We will see how this goes after 2 years.

I like my Ollo, it’s convenient and easy to use. The statements are clearly written, spending, balance , payments etc. altogether good.

Easy to use app, and customer service is always helpful.

The card and company are good.
However the app is annoying because it doesn't show the available balance, and there is also no option for changing to face id.
