An excellent service
An excellent service. I was advised by one of the shops that a model of clipons would fit my frames. I double-checked with customer service and ordered them. They were sent to a friend's address as I live abroad but they were wrongly delivered. Ollie Quinn tracked them down, they have now been brought to me and they are perfect.

Absolutely amazing from start to…
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ordered the glasses online, received within a week and notified at each step. The glasses are a great quality - took them into the Richmond shop to get them fitted to my face and the customer service was wonderful, they couldn't help more :-)
A fab experience, will be getting all my glasses from Ollie Quinn from now on.

I had to exchange the frames. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them, they just weren't the right colour for me. I loved the frames & it was a shame to send back. However the team at Ollie Quinn were quick to exchange & the DHL delivery & return service was easy to use...
