I thought the material on the purse was leather. The clasp is hard to work and the straps are falling apart and I have only had the purse for two weeks. I won’t be purchasing anything from you again. 🙁

The products that are showed online are not even close to what is actually being shipped. The quality is so poor the clasp doesn't even work, its cheap materials website is a total missed interpretation or the real product. Refunds are not processed or returns, just a waste of money.

Lovely little purse. Wish it opened a bit wider but I do like it a lot.

I placed an order July 19 and still have not received my package. The tracking has not been updated since Aug 3, where it says the package was transferred to the USPS, however they have confirmed they never received it after contacting them twice. This part is obviously not your company's fault.

However, I reached out to your company with my concerns two times looking for help about a possible refund or more information. Both email responses were identical and not helpful. They said that shipping takes time and included a link that was broken- showing an error saying that your company was currently not taking orders, which is confusing. I cannot even view my order at all anymore using my original order confirmation email when I first placed the order.

Love love love their collection. Always received compliments and had several friends purchase from Oliver and Annis. Quality is A class! :)

no way to send purchase back if not what you expected. packaging terrible- sent handbags in mailing envelopes. not boxes- therefore, handbags are dented, etc. But ca't return for credit- u are stuck with a damaged handbag.

The item I bought was not true to the pictures and advertisement. Their return policy is ridiculous and will make me think twice before purchasing any item!

My bag arrived very late and I was disappointed with the quality. I contacted customer service to return and I never received a response. That was about two weeks ago.

Both two purses. Items not as depicted. Poor quality materials. Costs more to return from the US than the items are worth, yet their website makes it seem like returns are easy. Disappointed in the products, even more so in the customer service.

Trying to return these purses, they smell and the straps are ridiculously short and stupid. I need to return them but of course it's impossible to do so.

The handbag is nice, but too small for my use.

Cute, but small. Flap does not fasten. Odd odor from woven material.

I must confess that I was fearful about the quality but decided took a leap of faith, and I LOVED IT. I was able to track the package all the way to my door and received it in a timely fashion time. The purse is BEAUTIFUL! It fits everything we need comfortability, and it goes well with day or evening outfits. It was my first purchase but not the last one. Highly satisfied!

I received this darling little summer purse after what seemed like an eternity because I was so anxious to use it. It is on the smaller side but I tend to carry too much in a purse, so I have to stick to the essentials. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
