I wanted to rate this no stars but it didnt give me that option. I agree with all of the reviews I have read! OLG is about TAKING your money. I have completed questionnaires for them to improve their site but I think that's a Bot action. It takes days to have your winnings withdrawn and deposited to your account, yet moments to make a deposit to their site. So unprofessional! Take a lesson from Fanduel or Bet MgM..when I win, They instantly deposit. Why is no one looking into this online gaming platform? Countless times it's timed me out while in the middle of a win, and that is few and far between, no promos, no incentives.. why the hell are we even wasting our time and money on the Ontario Lottery Gaming?? Totally going to have someone investigate this. Something isnt right here.Deleting my account. I suggest the same for everyone who is suspicious or just tired of the bullshit.

Overall, a decent casino experience either with the app or in the web browser. I find you win some you lose some like any other casino. Nice to see more Live games added. Wish bonus buys on the classic Pragmatic games will be available sometime.

Only complaint I have is that only withdrawal option seems to be bank wire transfer, which is slower than Interac. Strange that OLG.ca still doesn’t have the Interac withdrawal option when all other Ontario iGaming operated casinos do have it.

I’ve been buying Lotto Max tickets consistently, spending a significant amount of money with the hope of at least seeing a decent return. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but disappointment. The odds feel ridiculously stacked against players, and it genuinely seems rigged.

Even when I manage to get 3-4 matching numbers, the payout is laughable—barely enough to cover the cost of the ticket, if that. It’s honestly not right. How can matching multiple numbers result in such a small sum? The system feels designed to drain money from people without offering fair chances in return.

At this point, it feels more like a money pit than an actual lottery. OLG really needs to address this because it’s discouraging, frustrating, and leaves a bad taste. Definitely not worth it.

I've been with OLG for many years now - It's the only online casino that I can play right on the desktop as others cannot find my location but that has never been an issue with OLG. That is very convenient. Deposits and withdrawals are easy...takes a bit longer for a withdraw but have never had an issue with it, and there are more than enough games to choose from. I play slots and there are a lot of great titles that are really fun and have had some good pay-outs! I'm happy with OLG.

The app will not let me withdraw my funds! It continues to say "your documents have not yet been verified".

I don't agree with how the OLG operates the Encore draws... I was under the impression that when I added Encore to my ticket, Lotto Max, Lotto 649, Ontario 49, Lottario etc. there would be a chance at a completely separate Encore draw for each lottery, each day. This is not how it works though.

When you buy a Lotto 649 with Encore for the Saturday draw, the Encore numbers are drawn from the same pool that all the other lotteries Encore numbers are drawn from for that (Saturday) nightly draw and so on for every other day draws, which in turn lessens your chances of actually winning the Encore for Ontario 49, Lottario, etc... this should be changed. A separate Encore draw should be held for each separate lottery we add Encore to.

If I only play Lottario, which has fewer people play and is only sold to Ontario residents, and I add Encore, then my Encore numbers should only be drawn for Lottario ticket holders with a better chance of winning, not thrown in with a Nationwide pool that lessens my chances of winning it.

This is a borderline Scam by the OLG if you ask me, and I hope that someone rectifies it sometime soon.
If Encore is its own separate lottery each day then sell it as that, just like they sell Lotto Max, 649, Ontario 49, or Lottario as their own entities, don't let people think differently and believe they have better chances with Encore if they add it to all their different lottery purchases.

I choose NBA 5 teams from 6 teams I beat $60 and to refine $173 and I win to return they give me $27 not even my own money also from NHL 2 teams from 3 beat was$30 to return $127 and I get $49 this is the rep of when the computer tell you how much you should get that’s the deal and they change it after you wins that’s the scam never trust OLG agin NO MORE OLG

It's very unfortunate to say. But I just loved my Ontario lottery. I purchase tickets every day. I often play on olg.ca casino. But I won't be playing any more. I tried out a new online casino game called piggy bank. And got into a 9 spin bonus a really good bonus paid very well.but at the end of my bonus it didn't apply it to my ballance.

In my experience...They are tighter than tight. It's very difficult to win something substantial. Their bonuses (IF YOU GET ANY ) pay what you would get on a regular win OR LESS. What is the point of a bonus game??

Yesterday I purchased 15 scratch to win tickets, after checking for a win. I won five dollars, paid 80 dollars for 15 scratch to win tickets, won 5 dollars. Olga, makes hundreds of millions from these tickets, pure greed. Scamming the public!

Zero should be an option. This is by far the worst app I think I have ever used. If you can not run an app properly you shouldnt have one. I had issues from logging in to claiming ticket. I have a winning ticket I bought online. Can I claim it...No. Can I download it in order to submit it....No. the app is so unbelievably frustrating. Doing my taxes is easier. I plan to figure out how to get my money and wont be using this app ever again. WHAT A JOKE!

The Sportsline bets are nothing but promises. Just like our Liberal Government. Promise Promise Promise and then F..K Y.U. if you win on a proline ticket. and this corporation is still mailing cheques out.
Mail strike has just hit Toronto, its Christmas and Holidays.
You got to be kidding me, there needs to be a better and safer process, we still doing things like back in the 1900. ie.( mailing cheques).
Now strike is over and still going to mail the cheques out with a over month of backlog.
