I've contacted them online through the live chat the agent said I just needed a void cheque to get my $ I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the proper documents. Really starting to think the OLG is a scam, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets and lottery tickets and can’t even win a free ticket anymore, no one has that much bad luck that they can’t find even one $3 winning scratcher after spending like $400 on them! I used to win occasionally $3 here $50 there on scratch tickets and on the lottery tickets I used to win free tickets or some money here and there but now it’s like there’s no winners being made anymore and the lottery it feels like they’re taking all the tickets that have been bought and then picking numbers that have not been combined in a ticket so nobody can win. I’m done with the OLG they’ve takin enough of my hard working money!!!

Rip off. I reside in Quebec and while in Ontario I wanted to buy lotto tickets for the 649/Max. One the app installed , It insists that you deposit $$ which I did $50 worth. Next day they closed my account and I lost my $50. WTF can’t blame this on Trump ! Fregging rackets:(

I played to get a $75 bonus.Plus I added $25 so $100 in total. Whith in 5 mins of playing. I lost my $25 FIRST then not even 5 minutes later the rest. Back in the year 2019 and 2020, OLGwas running fairly. Ever since these new regulations came in, the casino experience went to shit. Nowadays, the more money you put into OLG, the more they take away. RTP is 👎... Winnings are scarce now. I used to win alot a couple years ago. Dont know what the hell is going on with their ways now. Their slot games are rigged. They changed up some algorithms or something. OLG most likely red flagged me because of the wins I had before. They dont like that. I believe that OLG may have hired some new staff....you know, the individuals that make scamming people over the phone their hobby. They were doing it over the phone, now they can do it with an legal organization that's made to scam people. Considering closing the account soon.
