How do you give minus stars! I ordered from an advert on Facebook 25th July and like others my order never arrived. Its now 16th August. Like others have said they said they were uk based but they face a china tracking number then when I got PayPal involved they gave a different Hermes tracking saying item had been delivered. It was an item addressed to and delivered to someone in my street. The Hermes photo of delivery was not my house and the parcel could not have been shoes! PayPal keep moving the resolution date and I’m getting so frustrated. Massive lesson learnt. This scam site must’ve made a fortune. Hells fire to them

Don’t use this fake company whatever you do. If I had read the appalling reviews then I would never have ordered a pair of shoes on 4th August 2020 - it is now 11th September. Their first excuse were they were stuck at the airport. If I realised they were coming from China I would never have ordered them bearing in mind what we are going through now! This company should not be advertising on Facebook but I don’t know how to worn Facebook to ditch them?! I have now contacted MasterCard and they are looking into it and will refund me. I hope they manage to get the money back from Hersgardern. These type of people have no morals and should not be allowed to trade.

100% Scam site. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and managed to get a refund. Avoid this site.

Ordered a pair of Birkenstock’s(Birkenstock brand used in advert) They arrived, but are a cheap, fake pair. Requested to return them, was told to keep them as return postage would be too expensive. They said if I didn’t want the shoes, maybe a family member or friend would have them!! I said I wanted to return them, I was offered a $3 refund. They cost me $35.... Should have realised the price was too good to be true.
AVOID these scammers at all costs.

So i rolled the dice with this "new" company and ordered 2 preditor helmets off ENVlucy.com. So far i have confirmation the first one shipped out.

The website shows the company address is in the United Kingdom.

I paid 16.99USD for "SVIP" shipping 3-7 business days.

Upon recieving my shipment sent email i recieved a CHINAPOST tracking number... through the tracking information it now shows 14-22 business days to Canada...

I will update this and change my rating once i finally recieve my items.

I have emailed ENVlucy.com to request my shipping money back as the fraudently for SVIP shipping promoting 3-7 business days when infact it will take 1-2 months and coming from CHINA, NOT THE UK.

I purchased a bracelet in March, the bracelet never arrived. I contacted PayPal to investigate. Once PayPal got involved, the company lied and said the product is on it's way, they even supplied a fake postal service tracking number. It is presently July 8th and I still haven't received anything. I have taken my case to the next level with PayPal, hopefully I will get my money back

IF I could give 0 stars, I would.. waiting for package from beginning of the April, had contact nurpe support few times, they said my package will arrive soon, never happened... when I asked for money back, didn't get any response from them ...It just a big SCAM

I order a product from this company a month ago. It has not arrived and has not even left China. Dont use them.They will not refund my money either, stating I have to wait for the product to arrive before they can refund, but of course it is nor arriving.

Scam.I decided to use this crowd as they seemed to be based in the UK. After purchase found out that in fact a Chinese website. Ordered a tennis trainer on 25th of April. Multiple emails later no tennis trainer. Upon checking the tracking it claimed that it had been delivered to my address at MIDNIGHT on the second of June.They have not replied to my subsequent emails. Avoid !!!

Ordered medical equipment thinking it was from company in Ireland. Turns out the company is based in china. Waiting almost a month now.

I also bought a product on April 24th (today is May 25th) and I never received their product.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a Doppler 6 weeks ago to be delivered to Ireland, tracking doesn’t work, I emailed the company and there respond was that they can’t control what’s going on in world right now and that they can’t control the curriers. They had no problem taking my money, but can’t deliver the product nor take responsible for the curriers they use.
I am so angry as I ordered this item for peace of mind and for my boyfriend who cannot attend scans due to pandemic. Absolute scam

Bought Electric Meat Grinder, the plastic container was cracked after first used, I did fish mince, impossible to use as container don't stay still, container moving all over place can't hold, so dangerous to use. I emailed to Nurpe, but they do not help me at all. Don't buy product from them, as its expensive for very bad qualities. Worse product I ever bought.

Zero stars!! Not a UK company!! I ordered a medical device for someone very sick, I thought ordering from the UK would be quicker...

Only when I contacted them to cancel my order as it was taking far too long to even ship, 2 seconds later I got an email stating my package has been shipped from China!!

I paid extra for tracking too, but the tracking makes no sense at all... I contacted them again, and no response!!

My order was placed on the 13th of February 2020...

This definitely seems to be a scam company, stay away!!

This company is not uk based. They send emails stating products in country. Be careful you have been warned.

UPDATED. Since I wrote this review, I have received my device. They DID answer my emails of enquiry, However their tracking information bears no relevance to where your purchase is. But I did finally receive my purchase and so feel honour bound to edit my review for fairness and accuracy.

Stay away from this company a bunch of thieves you will not get what you payed for . company based in China it's not a European company with European standards it's a scam . costumer service none existent. You will be given the same excuse when you get response and when you ask for a tracking number it's a number not recognised or in Chinese a different tracking number for the same item a f......iing joke .
