Stay away it is fraud. They withdraw the amount for the item immediately but you never receive the goods ordered and paid for.

I ordered a table and set of 4 chairs over 2 months ago . Paid by card and as it stated delivery up to 20 days , I added on holidays as well. It still not arrived. I tried lots of times to contact them email says no such email. Tried on thier own pages and then said page not found several times. I am moving house soon and really dont know what to do .

TopLula is far from Tops! I ordered several clothing items, took weeks to receive, and when they arrived all fit differently than described.
I contacted company to return(site accepts returns), only to experience email after email directing me to jump hoops: first asked for reasons for each item, that’s OK. Then I had to send that info again, with each SKU number, then they wanted photos of each item.
All this is done, and now, I don’t hear back from the company.
DO NOT BUY from This Company. Return Policy is a SCAM,

I ordered three thing four things from usuallope. First of all, it took over 6 month to get the items . Then two of the items are wrong. I wrote them about sending the wrong items, and they won’t! Answer me. Also the clothes ha aren’t what they seem . Cheap printed on polyester.,

This is a SCAM. Why is Facebook, Instagram still allowing them to promote their business?

Ordered an eBike from this scam outfit. I feel stupid. They sent me a little plastic toy instead of an eBike! They even sent me an email saying how it had been shipped. SCAM!!!!

A couple months ago I ordered (what were) 2 pencil skirts from their elaborately designed "website" and got 2 matching (all BLACK) pleated mini skirts that look like Millennial School Uniforms. I sent an Email to this company a week later with my email address and cell number and received not 1 response from either of my available contacts. Here it is TODAY and sill no reach out for settling this matter. I could see if I only paid under $20 as being a typical "mistake" but my order was well over $50 and what SHOULD have been a bumble bee skirt and a skirt with hummingbirds were not even close. I don't know if they forgot how to press patterns onto material or are just scamming people out of their money to clear out all their useless "junk" from their dusty storage bins. Mind you, I seen this company advertised on Facebook and I can't see "How" Facebook hasn't banned them from advertising to begin with. To make matters worse- They have an actual page on Facebook with a fictitious number that I called and it was for a Furniture business...!!! This "Phantom" company is basically what Pleco fish do to tanks: Eat and disperse waste... Will NEVER order from them EVER again...!!!

The ring was garbage. It didnt come with any paperwork. It was black stones. Looked like they were missing. Heres the kicker. It was suppose to be sterling silver. I went to clean it in silver cleaner and it turned copper. This place is criminal.

Usuallope.com. Ordered one item from this website. I really wasn’t sure if it was legitimate, but I used PayPal so figured I could get my money back if the ordered never came. I actually recused the item in about 3 weeks. However, the item was totally different. I’m not totally I thrilled with it. But I’m pretty pissed that they clearly made something that looked similar to what I ordered and think that’s an okay business practice. I don’t recommend them. I won’t order again. You don’t know what you’re getting!

Ordered from Takafancy over £120 items NONE fitted the sizes were useless the size chart is fraudulent to get people to by a jacket labeled XL had a 34 bust XX3 had a 38 bust The quality of their jumpers and cardigans is VERY poor I have thicker dish cloths I was offered 15% refund ALL returned items go to China after which no replies about refunds are received AVOID AVOID AVOID

The outerwear I ordered looks nothing like I received a month later. I also ordered three hats that have not been received. The item I received is so far from handmade as to be ridiculous. It is sewn out of some horrible material and is a solid print made to look like pieces have been sewn together.I have contacted them but with no luck so far. Save your money.

Don't bother ordering from this site, they take weeks to dispatch the order, you have no idea of an expected delivery date, no idea where the order is coming from, I emailed 4 times questions asking for information regarding my delivery and their replies are generic and nothing to do with your questions, so I was non the wiser. If you value your money and time, don't do it. I wish I had read reviews before sending my order

This company is appalling. The quality is extremely poor, delivery very slow.
I have tried to get these items returned with a full refund, but they are just not acknowledging the facts. All they keep saying is, ‘as there is no quality issue a return is not the policy’. Extremely frustrating.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE: Vinzilly store has has UK contact address but is based in China. They have a refund policy but do not honour it. It is a scam! I bought 3 jackets costing $100, they were poor quality. I asked to return them, they asked for a photo, then asked us to try and sell them to friends or keep them and finally that we understand their predicament and offered $9 compensation.

Shame on you FACEBOOK for allowing these criminals to continue advertising on your platform!

What I ordered was the same colour and material but the sizing was way off. The two garments I ordered should be exactly the same size they both read XL which i did not order (one drowned me the other did not fit. Cant get refund they say only if the quality is faulty my sizing is no where near XL will not use this company again

I would like to give them a minus for my experience. They took money from my account on 5th August, it is now 9th October and I'm still waiting for my order. It's a scam and I can't believe how Facebook continue to advertise these goods and company. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering.

Don’t buy from this company. Ordered cotton shirt, you could see right through material. Very poor quality and sizing. Tried different emails to contact them , no reply. Sent top back , cost £3 in p and p , that’s how light it was . Still waiting refund
