Generally it has worked well, but recently after trying to claim a reward, they wanted proof. I sent them the details twice, same screenshots and same details they wanted then they closed it stating it wasnt enough?!? This was the third purchase for the same game and yet they cannot recognise the details. Rubbish customer support. Generally it's OK and works, but when trying to deal with customer support it seems like they don't understand common sense.

I have sent them everything they asked for twice. I sent it a third time but I have a feeling they will say I am violating by sending in the same problem too many times. Most of the time it works but if you have a problem, there is a high risk you will get the same generated responses with no concrete answer of what you are missing. I would give a 0 stars for customer support. No choice but to move on. Won't make another purchase for the reward.

Again no rewards , they ask for screen shots, proof of purchases, then they just say you violated terms … like how I simply followed the rules did the required missions notice I didn’t get my rewards so I inquired why. Just rip off

Obwohl ich es mit Screenshots beweisen konnte, wurde mir der Reward nicht gutgeschrieben. Natürlich habe ich den Customer Service angeschrieben und die Screenshots geschickt - es wurde vom Support dann einfach der Fall geschlossen und behauptet, dass es nicht passt.

Customer support is useless, doesn't even read the questions that are asked, just sends you a copy/pasted general answer asking for the same info you already provided.

Pretty cheap way to scam people once they give up trying to get their rewards that they earned from this idiotic CS.

A couple of rewards worked correctly but unfortunately this company is full of crap if you request support.

I followed instructions exactly, without going via any third party or using any vouchers but they claim it was in violation of their terms of service and closed the ticket.

No justifications or explanation.

I still want to know details of "we have identified that either the requirements set by the offer’s Advertiser and / or our Terms of Service were not met."?????

I managed to play up to fifth level, but now they won´t reward me anymore and I haven´t changed anything.

I started a process that consisted of a list of rewards if I played a game during 60 days and completed achievements. I noticed my achievements were not marked as completed. I contacted support and they said I violated the terms of service and because of that I was excluded from the reward. I of course didn't make anything wrong and complied with terms of service. Now nobody is giving back the time I lost using this scam.

Terrible customer service. They don't read what you write. They assume whatever they want. They don't answer questions. They provide information that is lacking. I've had at least six terrible experiences with them.

Love this idea. Let's me do offers to get diamonds for my game for free! And I get to learn about new stuff. It's awesome

Disgusting customer service. They constantly redirect you, seems like auto replies, tell you you're not eligible for rewards but not why. You get maybe the first reward of an offer and then you can get f*cked. Never use this again. Pure scam.

These are a scam, they operate through swagbucks, you complete an offer and it never pays out, you contact there customer support, they say sorry about that but your points have been added, then when you check no points have been give, it amazes me that they can get away with scamming customers, all survey sites should be regulated.

There was a technical issue I needed to help with and they didn't even talk to me just sent generic message and closed the ticket. Be aware if anything goes south count with no help at all 🤮

I've found it OK. I've done offers for Tapas ink. I've had a few "go look at these search results" ones that takbe about 15 seconds for 15-45 ink (like 1.5-4.5 cents) have the results page not load, and so not pay. But the rest have, the "install and play this game" ones have too. I got quite a ways through reading a few stories on Tapas only to find the last 30 chapters on each requiree ink payments to read, doing some offerwall sure beats spending $18 to finish reading these!

Echoed sentiments.. they do not provide any customer service I proven to them 10 times over that I completed the requirements for the reward was not given my reward and basically told to go screw off.
Any company that tries to use offer wall as secondary funding for their app should think twice.

Basically the same trash as Tapjoy.

Unhelpful support, even after giving plenty of proof that the task was completed. They can't even bother writing a custom response, they just basically tell you to f off in corporate speak.
