Small rewards are fine but if you are entitled to something real they just decline. Generic answer, not even a real person answer. Always the same stuff. Don't give you your rewards for some reason.

Biggest scam, "Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services" is the reason they gave to everyone without even telling us what we did lol
Every couple of games I stop getting…
Every couple of games I stop getting rewarded despite completing the requirements and when I contact their support they simply say I have supposedly "violated terms of service" but never inform me of what I supposedly "violated"
No Customer Service
I hadn't received rewards for two levels in a game. I submitted screenshot proof, and they sent a reply stating I was ineligible to receive my rewards as I had broke the terms of service. Judging by other reviews, this seems like a default response. Especially since I didn't breach the terms at all, and there's no way to reply once they say that.
Bad support
Nice try, done the tasks but something went wrong. Made a ticket, followed all their instructions and both tickets got closed and marked with “violation of their terms and conditions”… shitty quality.
Scam service
As others have said, they don't reward you for completed offers and their chat bots give you the run-around when it would be just as easy to do the right thing and give you your points. There's no way they don't have access to your activity history and they're just hoping to frustrate you and wear you down.

They are a complete scam. I played name games and never got rewarded for it. I reached out to customer service and it was a never-ending loop of no answered asking you to resubmit and deny. They offer you diamonds for a game by completing levels no additional requirements. After getting the first level they failed to pay out after going up 35 levels. You start games thru their offerwall and all a sudden it's not longer available same day

Tried to get some gems in shadow fighter 2. I got another game, made an in game purchase, just to be told that I don't meet the terms and conditions (which I'm 100% sure I did).
Opened a new ticket, again no help, it looks like they just have automatic replyes, doesn't seem like anyone work for them

Completed 2 offers, did not receive credit. When contacting "customer service" the response was that I did not meet the requirements (which I DID) or that I violated their terms of service (which I did not). Tried contacting again and got the same automatic response. I don't think anyone actually works there, that they just auto reject any missed offer so they don't have to pay.

I did one of the offers and it has been almost 8 days now and my reward has not been granted yet. When reaching out to customer service I get the same response, “we are in the process of checking your eligibility with the advertiser. Once we have a reply we will update you soon as possible.” But yet the reward is supposed to be granted within the hour of completion. This is bullshit because the gamer normally wants the reward to use as soon as possible to buy things in the game during a certain period. Offerwall needs to do better.

On 10-16 I downloaded and installed Sort Dash. It was attributed to Offerwall. I played a level and was paid. These are the steps your reps have always told me to take. Install and make sure it's attributed and then make sure it pays. After doing that I didn't log back into my game until a few days ago. I had only been paid for the first level and now I've passed level 200. Please find the attached screenshots as proof. Proof that the app was attributed to you. Proof that I was paid. Proof that I've completed over 200 levels - ALL MILESTONES. Proof that I was never paid after level 3. What now? Please escalate to a supervisor immediately. I have been fighting this for 2 weeks now. I opened a ticket and you closed it say I violated terms of service. I reopened and you paid for one milestone and then closed the ticket as resolved. I have completed every milestone and you keep telling me to open a ticket but that's not an option on a resolved issue. I have completed every milestone. Please get a supervisor on this. I am so sick of this horrible customer service from you.

Customer service is a disgrace , think that i have been dealing with auto replies from bots ! Reached required level in game- no tokens , been going around in endless circles , supply screenshots etc - always get same message - violation of policy - rubbish !
Received all earlier tokens then it just stopped
Asked repeatedly what policy i violated - they just open a new case and send you round in circles again - tried 5 times then deleted the game !

Again zero stars. This time they are trying out a new reason to avoid giving out the reward. Like many other legitimate players on here they are saying that I have violated their terms of service. These are scammers and nothing more. Why they are allowed to operate as a business is what confuses me as their practices are clearly illegal.

Used them 2 times in the last month and on my first experience most of the reward process went smoothly except for all the big payout rewards.
Decided to give them a second chance and as soon as I hit another purchased reward, it became a very frustrating experience.
After providing all the information and screenshots required to customer service, all my tickets would be closed and I would have to start again.
So after 6 or 7 very frustrating days of trying to claim what you have paid for, you literally give up and never get your rewards. as a result that completely ruined my gaming experience and to avoid any further interactions with offerwall.
