I cannot fault Octopus or my contact there, Rocky. She was fantastic. Yes, there was a delay for me, but it was managed extremely well, Rocky kept me updated throughout, ensuring that she contacted me on a weekly basis. She explained why there was a delay, which was totally outside of the control of Octopus. She did all that she could to hasten the delivery of my car. When my car was ready, I was advised of the handover process and even on the day of delivery, I had contact with Rocky to ensure that the whole process had passed off smoothly. I was provided with excellent customer care throughout. I would highly recommend Octopus.

I recently contacted Octopus Electric Vehicles regarding an issue with my current lease vehicle and was fortunate enough to speak with Sakib, a Vehicle Operations Specialist.
I honestly cannot praise him enough. His level of knowledge was outstanding and he immediately gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved. He clearly explained the actions he would take, followed everything up promptly by email exactly as promised, and kept me fully informed throughout the process.
Most importantly, he resolved the issue incredibly quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable.
Sakib provided genuinely excellent customer service — professional, reassuring, efficient, and proactive throughout. He is a real credit to Octopus Electric Vehicles.

I have sadly had poor service from both the EV team and the Installation team. Incorrect or missing information, very slow response times, it's been a nightmare, and I haven't even received my car or charger yet.

After completing a quote online for an EV I had a phone call from Harri. I told him I was exploring a few options. There was no hard sell or push just respectful understanding. He then emailed me his details as discussed. When I was ready I contacted Harri who was professional and a normal person, no robot, no script, just a normal person. He sorted out my deal after discussing my needs and wants. He offered a few different options for me to consider. A few technical issues were sorted out with ease. Overall a very positive start to Octopus thanks to Harri.

If you want friendly, well informed and helpful people leading you through the process of leasing an electric car this is the place to go.
In my case big thanks to Rocky for guiding me through the process and sorting my problems with third party delivery of my car. Even responding to emails sent at 5:30 on a Friday.

Really poor customer experience
the whole process was a catalogue of errors - from miscommunication around the insurance through to the car being delivered to the wrong customer, so we didn't receive it on the delivery date. We were then given wholly unrealistic delivery times for the rescheduled delivery. I found the whole process stressful and time consuming.

The personal lease ordering process is mysterious. I've had three changes of delivery dates on the online tracker, and a note to say the dealership has arranged a delivery date with me. I don't know who the dealer is, I don't know when it's coming - the dealership has never made contact. Octopus's side have been helpful in checking in to find out that I don't have the information I would need to get the car. Other than that, it's a very confusing and frustrating process. Quick to take my money with no telling when the goods will be received.
