We booked our first holiday to Florida with a cruise through Ocean Florida. From the beginning it has been seamless! So easy to book especially for first timers. We then decided to change our accommodation to stay in disney instead of outside due to personal preference with young children and the service I received from Katieann was incredible. I had a million questions which Katieann was always happy to answer and offer advice on what would suit our family. When you are spending a lot of money on a holiday of this kind it is so reassuring to have people who really know what they are talking about. Would definitely recommend Ocean Florida and Katieann!

I would highly recommend Ocean Florida to organise your Orlando visit. I was ready to give up on a Florida trip, having never been before it was all overwhelming and costs were insane. I tried Ocean Florida as a last chance and will be going back to them in the future - Neil and Lili in particular were amazing. They calmed all my nerves, got us the best deals for flights and accommodations based on our budget, sorted everything for us and it just made everything so smooth and took all the stress away. I would highly recommend this company, and will be using them again in the future!

We had our dream holiday booked to Orlando for three years. My partner had a heart attack recently. We’ve had to adapt our holiday. I cannot commend the staff, in particular Kate Wilkinson, who bent over backwards to still make our holiday happen. I cannot thank Ocean Holiday staff enough.

We booked our Florida holiday through an independent travel agent in April 2025 who used oceans Florida as a 3rd party, for a holiday in July 2026. Unfortunately, our experience with Oceans Florida has been very disappointing, particularly when it comes to communication and customer service.
Our flights were originally booked as direct flights from Manchester to Orlando. In January 2026, the airline changed these to indirect flights, leaving us with a five-hour layover in Dublin with four small children.
We completely understand that flight changes can sometimes be outside the control of the holiday company. However, our main frustration was the lack of information and support we received from Oceans Florida regarding what they had actually done to help. We were given very little information about whether they had attempted to find alternative direct flights with another airline, or whether they had formally contacted the airline to raise a complaint or try to resolve the situation on our behalf.
Our independent travel agent made several attempts to obtain this information and to get Oceans Florida to assist, but communication was extremely poor. We were never given sufficient detail or evidence of what action had actually been taken. This ultimately left us unable to raise a case with the Travel Ombudsman, as we did not have the necessary information regarding what had been done to try to resolve the issue with the airline in the first place.
Then, approximately six weeks before our holiday, our villa was changed to an alternative property without any prior warning or meaningful explanation. Again, we appreciate that circumstances can sometimes require accommodation changes, but we were disappointed that this was simply imposed on us without any compensation or consideration for the inconvenience caused.
The flight changes also meant that we needed a late checkout from the villa on our departure day. This was another frustrating experience. Our independent travel agent made several attempts to arrange this with Oceans Florida without success, and ultimately we had to contact Oceans Florida ourselves while we were actually on holiday to get it sorted. We also had to pay extra for the late checkout.
To be clear, our main concern is not that the flights were changed or that the villa had to be changed. We understand that some aspects of a holiday can be outside a tour operator's control. Our concern is the way these issues were handled. The communication with both ourselves and our independent travel agent was extremely poor, and we felt that we were left to chase answers and resolve problems ourselves.
Overall, this was not the level of customer service or support we expected when booking a holiday through Oceans Florida. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to use Oceans Florida again if we were to return to Florida

I booked our Disney trip & tickets last year,after doing research & finding travel agents use this company to book,decided to book direct, i was given option within our budget, I was also given the option of purchasing the park Disney tickets before our travel dates & it included free memory maker,which was a nice touch, any questions were answered promptly & we had no issues with travelling, a great experience & a lovely holiday full of memories

Great prices and excellent customer service

Absolutely fantastic service from Ocean Florida. Coming up to the last 2 days of our holiday - I’m currently sat by the pool of our Champions Gate villa writing this post. Booked almost 2 years in advance - a villa, flights, car hire and park tickets. It was expensive but you 100% get what you pay for - we rented a 6 bedroom villa for a family of 4 as we wanted a truly luxurious experience. When we got here there were a couple of things that needed fixing and ocean Florida were excellent and straight on with the repairs (for example, our toaster was broken and they brought a brand new one round that night!). Also kept checking in to make sure all was sorted. Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else when I book my next holiday. Such a good company - thank you for making our Florida holiday of a lifetime so easy! We are in ocean 267 and I would completely recommend. Perfection.

From the moment I first made an enquiry over a year ago, through to booking and all the support we’ve received since, the service from Ocean Holidays has been absolutely incredible. Without a doubt, this is some of the best customer service and support I have ever experienced – and we haven’t even gone on holiday yet!

I originally enquired about arranging a magical family holiday to Orlando, visiting both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, for myself, my wife and our three children, aged 21, 17 and 9.

When I first contacted Ocean Holidays, I received a lovely phone call and was able to explain exactly what we were looking for. I wasn’t sure whether we should stay in a villa, which we had experienced previously, or stay at Disney and Universal resorts. With two older children, I wanted to make sure there was plenty for them to enjoy while still creating that magical Disney experience for our youngest.

I also explained that our youngest son has additional learning needs and may require extra assistance during the holiday. I gave the team our preferred dates, requirements and budget and left it with them.

Within an hour, later that same day, I received several different options covering Disney and Universal resorts as well as villa accommodation. What impressed me most was that Ocean Holidays didn’t simply send us prices – they took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option and helped us understand what would work best for our family.

Not only did they manage to come in significantly under the budget we had given them, but they also suggested additional activities we could enjoy in Orlando and provided information and support regarding our youngest son’s needs.

They were absolutely amazing.

At first, I genuinely thought it was all too good to be true!

We booked the holiday and, throughout the months leading up to our trip, the support has continued. We have had regular check-ins and communication from the Ocean Holidays team, particularly Luke Johnson, Ava, Charlotte Kavanagh and Karen Hilton, who have all been fantastic.

We did have one major issue arise when we were informed that the airline we were originally travelling with would no longer be flying to Orlando. Something like this could easily have caused a lot of stress and worry, but Ocean Holidays took care of everything. Our flights and travel arrangements were changed, and we received regular updates and confirmations throughout the process.

No chasing. No unnecessary stress. Everything was simply sorted for us.

The support hasn’t stopped there either. We’ve been kept informed about special themed nights taking place at the theme parks and given the opportunity to purchase tickets. We’ve also received helpful advice regarding Disney’s DAS system and the Universal/IBCCES accessibility process to help support our youngest son’s needs while we’re in the parks.

What makes this review even more remarkable is that we haven’t actually been on the holiday yet!

If the level of service we’ve received before travelling is anything to go by, I honestly cannot wait to see what the holiday itself brings.

So far, Ocean Holidays have provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The communication, personal attention, knowledge, reassurance and genuine effort to make our family holiday special have been outstanding.

Neil is supportive and friendly and remembered us from our last booking. It was great to discuss our holidays plans with someone we had already built a relationship with.
Our holidays plans last time was incredible and we are very excited for round two!

I’d highly recommend booking your holiday through Ocean Florida. From the moment I made contact Graham took time to understand my needs and pull together an itinerary and options to consider. He gave me plenty of suggestions to help make it a magical trip and also celebrate my son’s 16th out there. Our accommodation in Orlando and on Anna Maria Island were brilliant, great quality and gave us the space we needed as a family. The trip truly was a trip of a lifetime and we have returned with amazing memories we will treasure forever.

All the staff from booking and making an itinerary to the lovely Lindsay that helped with all my mobility needs, have been great. Very informative and as helpful as they could possibly be . They have helped my feel safe and ready to go!!

When speaking with Darren he was very good very informative ,he even went out his way to look at another hotel i liked the look of, but this was out of price range but the hotel I have chosen looks very good
