We felt totally out of our depth and overwhelmed when a property of ours had a fire, we found Oakleafe on the internet and contacted them at about 8.30 in the evening. We had a call back that same evening taking the details from us. The next day the team was at the property assessing and already putting things in place to move the claim forward.

There professionalism from the outset, has been the way the whole claim has been handled, the insurers dragged their heels, but James and Grant just got on with it. We was always kept informed, and everything was explained to us. This a professional company that has a wealth of experience and provides an outstanding service, I cannot recommend Oakleafe enough.
