Oak Furniture Hut  Anmeldelser

Promised delivery even though out of stock at other suppliers. The deliverers missed me, so left the parcel next door (which was fine) - just meant moving a very large box !

Delivery as expected on time. Love the look and quality of our Z shaped console table.

Really nice product, well made and the TV unit looks lovely with our living room decor. Customer service - good. Thank you

We found Oak Furniture Hut to be very efficient to deal with. We actually went to them as we had been let down badly by Oak Furnitureland who had failed to deliver the furniture that had been ordered 6 months earlier. We are now glad that we went to Oak Furniture Hut as they kept us informed and delivered within the time promised. The furniture is very good quality and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I really like this wood, I have other items made from Sheesham wood. The sideboard looks good, solid and well built. We are very happy with it. The build quality and design are very good. It arrived when the company said it would. The two men carried it into the house and left it in the correct place, still in its packaging. I did read the delivery instructions which clearly stated that the unpacking was down to me. However, given the weight of the item, my age group ( I'm 70) coupled with its manoeuvrability, it would be very useful if there is an option for the delivery personnel to remove the packaging and position the item into its final position. Even if this option came at a small additional cost. These are just thoughts and not complaints.
We will certainly use the company again. The price was competitive.

Lovely bookcase. Had to wait a while but when it did arrive, the delivery was very efficient.

Some delay in delivery received update at 9pmthe day before delivery. Arrived very well packed no damage. Looks good in the recess in our room but if you look closely the quality is not so good

Excellent service. Very helpful Staff. Quality products at affordable prices. Very satisfied customer.

We got our display cabinet delivered intact which is always a good thing, it came very well packaged. No instructions on how to fix the top to the bottom and had plastic topped pins we didn’t know what to do with. We ended up with four screws which we think was to secure the top to the bottom but would have ruined the sideboard. We managed to secure it without damage to the surface. Delivery information was limited but when we finally heard it was going to arrive, it arrived OK with only 24 hours notice. Longer notice would have been better. Overall we were very happy with the product we received.

The ordering and delivery service for our Sheesham TV unit was absolutely astounding, Simple, proficient and extremely well organized. Our unit itself is outstanding and a wonderful accompliment to our existing dining table+chairs, coffee table and nest of tables.
I would 100% recommend this company

great products and exellent customer service.
ordered 2 item on two occasions and in both cases we where over the moon with all aspects of our purchase.
will definitely keeps this company on my favourite list.

We bought a competitively priced small kitchen sideboard and it was a perfect fit for the available space, well made and sturdy, was very well packed for transit and came on the specified date, would use this company again.

This is a well made and beautiful piece of furniture. It is very good value for hand-made natural piece.
A+++++

We are extremely pleased with our new wardrobe, delivered on day promised and the quality is excellent. Instructions say assemble sides, doors, back and top as one unit and lift onto base unit. The unit weighs 60kg, it was difficult to lift this unit as I am 72 years old. Suggest assemble doors and sides and lift onto base unit, then add top and base. Fabulous quality wardrobe.

ordering was easy. furniture arrived on time, in good condition, well packaged. very pleased with the whole experience of buying online from oak furniture hut.

Ordered some furniture in early November and it arrived as promised within 2 weeks. Very helpful company easy to get hold of by phone. Good quality furniture for the price. Very pleased with the whole transaction.

Had a good service and the furniture item great value - all went well thank you.

Ordering was easy and the product was beautiful, we are very happy with it.
Communication could have been better regarding how long delivery would be, however when I rang customer services they were very helpful, Perhaps information after ordering outlining timescales would help other customers.
Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to order again from Oak Furniture Hut

This way my first dealings with Oak Furniture Hut and I was most impressed with the quality of the service provided. I received a courtesy call from the driver on the morning of the delivery to advise of a slight delay. I am delighted with the quality of the oak coffee table ordered and at a very competitive price. I will not hesitate to order from this company again.
