These people are crooks and need to be removed from the market! Do not buy from them - they will take your money and not deliver!

Ordered dining room chairs £616 December 2022 , for delivery new year still waiting, tried to contact but no response, lost money and they can now stick the furniture how can these people get away with our money

I placed an order in August last year and still yet to receive my items, are they still trading?

Had a unit delivered but was slightly damaged was promised a refund but nothing, Nothing but empty promises.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order 1st Oct 22 for small unit and just like all the other reviews did not receive. Threatened Preet with " Rip off Britain ", and his reply was they would not be interested in my company. I was one of the lucky customers who got my money back eventually. This man should not be able to operate as he has no intention to supply and is a crook. Did involve my bank in the end. I'm so sorry other customers have to put up with this nonsense

Ordered £830 worth of furniture from Oak Furniture Hut on the 31st Dec 2022, its now April and I have still not received it. They don't answer emails or the phone.
Do not buy from these people even if they establish themselves with another name. Very poor morals.

This company contacted Trustpilot to complain about my review, however, have not yet contacted me with regards to my £2k plus order, although I have left messages on a number of formats. They are not to be trusted. Fortunately my credit card company has reimbursed me, and no challenges have been made by them to refute my reasons for requesting return of payments.

Do Not buy from this company, ordered furniture in December, was told delivery Jan, no furniture was delivered, cancelled order in Feb, no reply from company. Tried to phone and email still no contact, and no money back, I am having to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Zero customer service. It’s now April and I still have not had my money back. Terrible do no use

I placed my order 12th September and am still waiting! I have been given 4 different delivery dates with no results! I have now had to go to my bank to get my money back! Do not trust this business 😒
This company has tried to dispute my review, I was made to provide proof of my order!
If any of you have the same experience I hope you will do as I did and show proof so everybody can see the truth about this company!

Had one purchase,arrived after 5 months,i accepted their excuses due to Covid and trouble with Brexit.It was finally delivered,well packaged no problem with product.So i went and ordered a £800 wardrobe in Nov '22,phoned up again for delivery estimate,told tgat they would try to fit me in around Christmas,didnt happen!I was told it would be delivered in New year,halfway through March,NOTHING😠😠Decided to go on their website for contact details to find a banner message saying company not taking new orders,already sent 2 E mails to find out whats going on and not heard anything,i certainly will not be dealing with these again😡😡I now have to try and get my money back😡😡

Dont order any goods from this company,takes your money doesnt deliver.kept promising delivery.Had to contact credit card company for refund.Was lukyto get refund.Dont touch them with a barge poll!!!!!

Do not order from this company, I ordered a bookcase in October 2022, after several phone calls, emails and promises of delivery, I was given a delivery date for the end of January 2023, which didn't happen, the company owner, Preet, then stopped responding to my calls and emails. I have just spoken with my bank who have raised a dispute with the seller and refunded me.

Placed and paid for my order for which I received a receipt and that was all I received apart from a number of broken promises for delivery dates along with excuses. Eventually they stopped responding. Thankfully this purchase was done via a credit card and the credit card company gave me a refund.

I ordered a bedside cabinet on the 1st February and have received no communication from the company since then. No delivery date. Nothing. No response to emails. No-one answering calls. Answerphone full. They appear to have run off with the money.

OMG! Having ordered a tall boy on 1 feb 2023 and oak furniture hut taking the money for same - no way of contacting them by phone or email for delivery or refund! Now have to process claim for refund from bank which will take 6/8 weeks. WISH I’d read trustpilot reviews before ordering! Wouldn’t have touched oak furniture hut with a barge pole!!!

Just an update on this rogue company and their treatment of customers
I like you all ordered and promised delivery which did not happen
Tried to contact several times and left a voice Mail to cancel
I went to Credit Card and managed to get a full refund
Found a reputable company and my new chest of drawers arrived today 2 weeks after ordering
This company need to be questioned by the Ombudsman

DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I ordered a display cabinet last October and was told it would be a 6 week delivery. This came and went, I contacted Oak Furniture Hut and was assured it was coming. Their updated delivery dates kept coming and going. This went on until the New Year when they stopped responding to my emails. I sent a last email asking for a refund - no reply.

Ordered a wine rack from these people 3.12.22 and was promise delivery before Exmas , never landed, no reply from phone calls or Emails for ages then a weak excuse, still no delivery or why !, advise, stay well clear of the worst company I have ever used .

Ordered goods in November but they were not delivered . They agreed a refund in January but it didn’t happen . Can no longer contact them . Seeking redress through my credit card .
