Very strange experience
Very strange experience! I ordered a 4 in 1 high chair with some freebies. Two separate boxes arrived. When I opened the high chair box, the pieces were all scattered and loose unprotected in the box and had damaged each other. The freebies I also selected (bowls, bibs, etc) were loose in the same box, no packaging at all not even a label. Then I opened the other box to find the same freebies I selected inside, nicely packed and in their original packaging with care instructions etc. Totally confused if the high chair box contents was a return that then got forwarded on to me? Everything had a dusting of hair on it! But then if that box was a return, why were the freebies exactly the ones I had picked? The products themselves seem very good, but the shipping / customer experience was dreadful.

Great products for mum and babies. From their mystery boxes, walkers to their breast pumps. Every product has exceeded our expectations and will be continue to buy from Nuby (possibly just Nuby products). They are reasonably priced and work excellently. Superb customer service
Superb customer service. I was initially really disappointed to see that my Nuby lid for the cooling device had broken. I messaged Nuby and within an hour they’d sent a new one by post! Great customer service from Mollie and incredible product for feeding my newborn formula without the faff!

My teats were defective once I opened…
My teats were defective once I opened and used them and so I contacted nuby. Marie kearvell helped me solve the issue immediately and with a lot of kindness and compassion. Absolutely amazing customer service. I own a whole load of nuby products for my baby and this has reassured me that nuby is the best brand to support. Mixed experience
I ordered this thinking it would be a perfect musical gift for my friend’s baby. Unfortunately, when it arrived to her overseas, the piano turned out to be faulty. This was especially disappointing as my friend was really excited to use it as soon as possible.
It took some time to hear back from customer support, but they eventually resolved the issue and refunded me. Though, I had to test it this time and then send it overseas again as there's no international delivery. So overall it was a mixed experience -- good product, but it was quite a frustrating and tiring process to get a working one.

Nuby Prep Machine
My partner and I were gifted the Nuby Prep machine just before our little one was born. I had only just got round to opening due to having been using the rapid cool. Upon opening I realised there was a piece missing. I left it a little while as I didn’t think anything would be done, but recently I decided to email Nuby and just see if they could assist with this. I dealt with Marie who went above and beyond to help. She was very quick with responses and also apologetic. She had the missing part sent out to us within a week.
