Very poor fidgets that do not last and nonexistent communication

I’ve loved fidgets for as long as I can remember, so finding Funky Fidget Shop has honestly been such a game-changer for me. It’s not always easy to find a place that still feels exciting and suitable as you grow older, but this shop absolutely nails it. They’ve managed to keep that same fun, satisfying experience while offering products that feel fresh, high-quality, and perfect for any age!

What really stands out is the constant stream of new drops every week—it keeps things exciting and gives me something to look forward to all the time. Every single product I’ve tried has been amazing, and you can tell there’s real care put into what they offer.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Funky Fidget Shop enough. Whether you rely on fidgets in your day-to-day life, enjoy them casually, or collect them as a hobby, this is hands down the best fidget shop I’ve ever come across. Absolutely love it!

This brand is actually sickening.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY "DESIGN A NEW PRODUCT"

They design NOTHING. Everything on their store is white labeled from China or straight up stolen from actual artists and creative minds. Let's go over some examples, shall we?

1. the "funky jelly ball" was not created by them. Non rebound "jelly" balls have been circulating Chinese squishy sites for over a year. And they are available in the same exact colors as the "funky" one. They don't even choose unique colors. And no they didn't innovate with PVC packaging either

2. the "funky cheese" white labeled from China. No changes were made. They just ordered it from a random Chinese factory. There's nothing special about it.

3. the "clam strand" is a new one that just dropped and it is a complete rip off from Fidge's hair twirlers. Minimal differences between the two. The most obvious being the ugly Funky logo. Fidge is an actual creative small business that designs and manufactures their items from scratch. I suggest looking at them if you are reading this.

4. the sensory landyards are a rip off of AC Toyz Comfort keychain. They existed way before Funky. They designed original character keychains with different fidget attachment. Sound familiar?

5. Don't even get me started with this "funky frog" character. Every time Funky frog rears its ugly head, it has a different appearance. My favorite appearance is the literal illegal and copyright infringement of Sanrio. They have a taba that is literally a bootleg Keroppi and they call it "funky frog." Yikes...

6. The funky "watermelon liquidless stress ball" was also not designed by them, are we surprised? No! I purchased this ball from the brand love squishy a year ago and the one Funky has is EXACTLY THE SAME. Another white labeled product they claim to have created.

Other things are not created by them either: the funky pillow, funky suction relax bars, slush balls, etc. Just to name a few.

There are probably more rip off things that I don't know about. These are just the ones that I noticed immediately, as an avid consumer of all things fidgets. I really suggest looking into who you support. I would not support a brand who steals ideas from small creative artists and straight up lie about inventing new products when all they are doing is putting their logo on it. I also think the attitude of the owner is off putting but that's a discussion for another day.

For those against AI usage, they also have disgusting AI stickers of their staff AND AI photos on their website.

Support actual small businesses with creative ideas.

An actual disgrace of a company. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My daughter used her birthday money to buy a product which lasted an hour before drying out and being unusable. I sent 4 emails and none were replied to. I was asked not to mention it on one of their live streams by one of their moderators - why? Because they don't want people potentially buying from them to be aware of their terrible customer service. I had to contact the bank for a charge back because they wouldn't reply to my emails. I would avoid this business at all costs!!

Some fidgets are good value for money from here and some are crap eg My daughter used her christmas money and bought herself a few fidget toys and also a jellyfish light up lamp we put batteries in to test it out it worked fine it lit up changed colour and the tentacles moved it was so we thought a lovely little lamp and was ideal for her bedroom,we turned it on again at bed time and it lit up for about a minute then the lights went out but the tentacles was still moving i emailed funky fidgets and told them the issue we was having with it the reply i got was to try stronger batteries 🤨 so we did and we thought the problem was solved it lit up again changed colour then it worked for about a hour and the same thing happened again lights went out and only the tentacals moved i emailed funky fidgets again telling them we have followed their advice and put stronger batteries in but we are still having the same issues with it after a bit and they havent even replied they dont hold accountabilty or have any after sales care even when you try and contact them on social media its a automated message.

Really good. Great staff & even greater choice of goods.

I found this shop on TikTok shop in October absolutely love this shop they sell amazing fidget tools for all ages. Mel and all her staff work so hard to pack and send the fidgets we purchase. The show and tell live on Sunday on TikTok run by Sammie is so helpful especially when you want to know what the fidgets are like. The lives run by Mel Sammie and April are amazing they are all happy to answer questions I wouldn’t shop anywhere else they are all amazing and the products are fantastic. Since finding this shop my boy loves all his fidgets The parcels are delivered fast and you are kept informed throughout. Thanks again to funky fidget staff and stay funky

Great products, quick delivery and great tictok

I ordered from this business one time. I am an international customer, so shipping was expensive for me and I can tell you it was definitely not worth it. The quality of the items are terrible and the customer service is garbage, but I think the most appalling thing of all is the attitude of the staff, particularly the owner of the shop.

The biggest thing I want to point out is the pompous attitude of this business and how it is sleazy. For one, this business claims to design several of their products from scratch and deem any other version "copycats" or "replicas." This is simply not true. They are slapping their ugly orange logo on already existing products and calling it their own. Their "funky dough ball" is literally just a copy of another ball they used to carry with their tag slapped over it. Their "funky jelly ball" has existed for over a year on Chinese stress ball sites. If you look at sites such as: Mochichi or Joji slime you will see the exact products Funky claims to have invented. When in reality, they were just ordered from a random Chinese manufacturer. This is true of basically all of their branded items.

And I kid you not, they claim to have pioneered using the "ziploc bag" for stress ball packaging. Once again, Chinese companies have been using PVC bags as packaging for years. I have been buying stress balls for 6 years and I have received them in resealable bags long before Funky began using them.

In 2024, they had the worst advent calendar known to man and some people voiced their opinions about it on the internet and the owner of the business made snide remarks in her videos. Mind you, the original review video was constructive and not hateful. People should be able to share their opinions on products without being blasted by the business owner.

It's one thing to white label products, but it is another to act like you invent them. They act like they are the best fidget store, but I find them to be unprofessional, tacky, and rude. They think everyone is always out to get them. If someone voices anything slightly constructive, your comment will be deleted and there's a chance you will be posted about in a future video. I advise people to shop elsewhere. There's tons of great stores that sell fidgets that have nice owners and great customer service.

The online persona of this shop is different from how they communicate with customers by email or tiktok Shop message. The same funky fidgets branded products have identical colourful packaging as the Chinese marketplace apps. Speaking negatively of customers, of their returns, and of other sellers is funky fidgets MO. The shop smells of damp and mildew, as do the older products. I smelled this when I visited and made the mistake of ordering products they wanted shot of on sale, which stank of mould upon delivery. No response, and then rude comments on tiktok when I mentioned no email replies. Excuses without a solution are not welcome. Responses (more excuses) from customers, your busy body influencers or tiktok mods are certainly not welcome. You, funky fidgets, received my money and have a duty of care when selling goods in-person and online. Stop hiding behind non-employees who have nothing better to do.

Terrible customer service. Slow, very defensive and offer no apology for their mistake. Arrogant attitude as if we should be grateful to shop with them. Their behaviour on TikTok lives, with a rude moderator, sharing customer issues is below unprofessional. They favour the fans who are dedicated to their brand, present on every live stream and give other customers tatty free gifts. £40 minimum spend plus postage for tat that goes straight in the bin.

The staff in this shop share stories of customers and their so called wrong doings with fellow funky trolls. Considering funky act like “woe is me” victims — see their social media posts, it’s not just visible in the customer service emails and live streams, the “everyone is jealous and out to get us” paranoia is ridiculous. You sell the same products from China as everyone else. The owner speaks negatively of TikTok shop competitors. The funky trolls actively encourage others to only shop with funky. This is no business to support, we will shop where we feel safe, via professionals, not with this cult-like operation.

I must say I am someone who has recently discovered how much fidget toys help me and just want to say thank you for providing such a wide range of fidget toys for not just kids but adults as well! My most recently purchase included the funky jelly ball and I am obsessed!! Won’t be putting it down any time soon. So thank you again :)

Funky fidgets shop is definitely the best fidget shop ever!
The team are absolutely perfect and all beings different qualities to the community. The products are absolutely amazing. Great prices, great value, great quality, great relationships between staff and customers. In my opinion the customer service is above and beyond. Anything that Team Funky does is above and beyond, they really care. I have ordered about 60 times between the two platforms and I keep on ordering over and over again!

2 stars because they do sell some good products. However, they only seem to be kind to people who dont experience issues with them. Their customer service is appalling and I am pleased I am not the only one upon reading these reviews. It is true, email responses are extremely slow, they blame the customer for everything when you do get communication from them... even when they are miss selling or false advertising at times. I remember being on their live too and someone came in saying there was to much air in their stress ball, they were told by one of their moderators that if they were going to be negative then they would be muted and blocked from the live due to them having children in the live and needing to keep the children safe. The only thing the lady said was, there was to much air in her stressball. This does not put children at risk and I find that mental to suggest that. The host said "oh yer that one does have a lot of air in tbh" so they do know, but are still selling it as if its a great product. Here is where it gets even worse... someone suggested using a needle to get the air out of the stressball and no moderator or anybody was bothered. I would say suggesting to whip out some needles/a sharp object is putting children at far further risk than someone simply stating that they have to much air in their stress ball. This is the type of people being dealt with. They were a nice business at first but have now I believe become very greedy and do not care for their customers, they are just bothered about sales and if something does go wrong, they will always blame the customer, they will never take accountability. Dont ever expect an apology from them or for them to try to put things right.

Absolutely brilliant online shop i have used this shop online and via tiktok since april 2025, I originally bought from occasionally since augest 2023 but been a weekly customer for just under a year, the online shop is outstanding, the customer service is amazing and the selection of sensory toys is out of this world! Highly recemond

I have ordered multiple times from Funky Fidgets Shop online, via Tik Tok and in the walk in store. Each time I have had the highest level of customer service. My questions have been fully answered and I have been treated with respect and kindness. I've also ordered whilst on holiday and in hospital and all items have arrived perfectly. I love that I can get imported items that usually wouldn't be an option for me and that there are sensory tools to fit every budget.

i have ordered from here more times than i would like to admit. All items have come packaged fantastically, no errors have been made with my orders (even if there was, mistakes happen!) and any time i have reached out to customer service the response has been professional and query resolved promptly. This is a small business that got big quickly, but still has that small business charm.

I have ordered multiple times and never had any issues and will continue to order. Sometimes delivery can be a bit on the long side but that’s what happens with a busy company and I completely understand that. 100% will continue to support.

I ordered several items from Funkyfidgetshop - most were great. The postage costs are exceptionally high for the size of parcel, and very slow.
They didn’t send me one of the items I ordered, and sent a different one instead. No explanation. Very slow reply. No apology. Just told me I had to pay to send it back, and they would refund me later. No return address offered, and no idea when I will receive the item I have actually paid for!! Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
Update - after receiving several rude and condescending emails I still haven’t had the item, nor have they refunded it or the return postage costs. PayPal refund requested.
