I'm really sorry that many people complained about this betting company, and I really hope you can get your money back.
My experience with them has been great tbh. The odds were higher than any other provider and the website allowed quick searches (made my life easier to find games). Although the overall webiste needed a bit of work. Am I the onlyone being sorry for this? I only freaked out when I read all this negative reviews because I had about 1k of withdrwas pending as my accaunt wasnt verified. This morning I received the money so I was scared of nothing. I will miss it and I really hope you all guys manage to get money back.

Horrendous bookie. Worst I've experienced. Made me jump through hoops with ridiculous verifications when I withdrew in January. Not forgetting that they already had ID and proof of address when opening the account. After a withdrawal request they asked for: photos of bank cards, bank statements accurate to the bank cards, bank statement showing a deposit to Novibet. Then they wanted a bank statement showing an Iban code... Unluckily for them, they had no choice to then proceed with my withdrawal. I worry how many peoole they have stolen from. No surprise that they have surrendered their UK Gambling license today. Got my money out but I worry that they will cause problems for most.

That's how the story goes :
I opened the account, had some small but consistent winnings on casino.
Outcome: Removed the auto cashout from that casino game(aviator) and excluded me from any casino bonus.
I have a live chat screenshot with them blutantly admitting that the reason I was excluded from the bonuses was the positive outcome.
I switched from casino to football betting had some winnings (approx. 500£) and then suddenly I was told that due to loss limits(???!!) my maximum deposit amount is 1£ per month. In other words they closed my account and they required tons of paperwork(p60, payslips, 3 month statements etc) to get it back.
Suggestion :There are so many betting sites out there, stay away from those crooks.

They advised that all players had a 2 hour daily limit after which they deactivate your account for 24 hours. Very frustrating. I closed my account as I think many players will in future. What are they thinking of? Certainly not their customers.

As per many of the comments below please be aware. This company is purely a scamming site that wants to get as much information from you as possible. I was asked for wage slips, p60s, 3 months full bank statements (photo not accepted, had to be pdf file). Tax returns, second bank statements. They accused me of money laundering because there were several transactions between me and another person. That person was my wife! Since ive joined ive had spam emails, mail in the post and phone calls from companies ive never been in touch with. Also had my email, netflix and facebook account attempted to be hacked. Coincidence? I think not. Avoid at all cost

Verified me on sign up, won £400 from the free bet then suspended my account and want documents I don’t have. Honestly awful

I joined novibet because I wanted to play tome of madness. When, I first joined they gave me a bonus and I have managed to make 50 pounds to 700+. However, I couldn't touch the money because of the bonus. So, I continued playing. With a few words the amount went to zero till I unlock the money.
Apart from that, I have also added more money because I assumed that I was unlucky. However, the win rate and winnings were ridiculous compared to other websites.

Absolute rubbish website waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawal keep saying it's under review from payment team STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE THERE SCAMMER

I have been given a time out which i disagree with but when you bet each month you would get a cash bonus but because I have been given a time out they won't be giving me a cash bonus for January which i did do a lot of bets but I was in full control knowing what I was doing it is scammers rolls of my tongue

set me a monthly limit and were fine about it, then the next day they suddenly demanded tons of ID, i asked them why and they ignored my email , i sent it twice and nothing back from them

I wont lose sleep if they dont bother as the odds are poor and the customer service team totally inflexible, I was a few minutes late for a promotion and rather than give me the bet they stated terms and conditions and refused. They dont seem to know what goodwill is

DOCUMENT SCAM

Company is setup to scam documentation from customers to sell on to loan companies and banks.

They will ask repeatedly for various documents so that they can sell on your financial information to loan companies etc.

They will claim all of this is done as part of the UK Gambling commission regulations (which is true to some degree) but they only say this to hide their true intention.

Do not use this website unless you are happy for hundreds of loan companies/banks to use your financial information

Absolute disgraceful experience with this company. Firstly, Novibet tried to not pay me out a relatively large sum of money by asking for document after document each time saying it would be the last time they would ask. This went on for 12 days and asked for about 12-15 documents.

Then subsequently deactivated my account without proof of any wrongdoing. I eventually got my money back after sending multiple emails each day for over two weeks with the same generic and unhelpful responses each time.

Live chat help would never actually help they would just say somebody would email you soon which never happened.

Be very wary of this site as I have now heard multiple stories of them trying to scam people out of their winnings by not paying out for a multiple of reasons. Without question the worst betting site I have every come across bar none, STAY CLEAR OF THEM!

Joke of a site, played here for a few years, they restricted my account (Am already verified) are asking me to provide sensitive financial details:

1) Income from employment, 2) Property sale, 3) Sale of investments, 4) Inheritance, 5) Company sale, 6) Savings.

Just felt they were trying to find out my worth so they could milk me

THEY closed my account for no reason this morning. Loved the site no issues but I would stay away. They'll make you jump through hoops to keep it open. Strange behaviour.

This company are simply not a betting company you want to join, end of. They will deactivate your account while there are funds in it, and then ask for the most ridiculous verification.
They asked me prove the registered mobile phone belonged to me. They wanted selfie photos, photos of bank cards, bank statements, driving license. Why would anyone go through this just to place a bet!!!
I ended up just away and forfeiting the £60 in my account because I was sick of having wasted live chat messages where I was told 'your account is still under investigation'

No other company betting company I have used over the years behaves like this. Especially when I'm giving them my money!!

I'm staggered anyone would sign up and risk losing any balance you have in your account. You'll get fed up trying to get your own money back.They will confiscate it, surely that's theft!

I have read the review after opening an account and decided not to bother as the company have been portrayed as very unprofessional.
10 minutes ago I receive a phone call from Novibet asking me to put some money in my account, and use the welcome bonus.
I told them the reviews were awful and I’m not bothering, he spent these 10 minutes begging me to deposit money and then “you can see how great we are” I reminded Novibet of the ethical duty to not force people to bet and he had demonstrated right there how bloody unprofessional they are!

Have just opened account but when betting on horse racing you cannot bet after the off time even if race is a10 minute late off and some meetings you cannot get tv coverage on at all..definate problems like this do not help the average punter..Your views please.
