I have read the review after opening an account and decided not to bother as the company have been portrayed as very unprofessional.
10 minutes ago I receive a phone call from Novibet asking me to put some money in my account, and use the welcome bonus.
I told them the reviews were awful and I’m not bothering, he spent these 10 minutes begging me to deposit money and then “you can see how great we are” I reminded Novibet of the ethical duty to not force people to bet and he had demonstrated right there how bloody unprofessional they are!

Have just opened account but when betting on horse racing you cannot bet after the off time even if race is a10 minute late off and some meetings you cannot get tv coverage on at all..definate problems like this do not help the average punter..Your views please.

They accused me of having more than 1 account and stole my funds. They obviously have failed to supply any evidence for this so have had to go to a dispute resolution service and start legal proceedings over, wait for it... £93. Stay well away from them if you want to keep your winnings.

0 stars if I could. W*nkers. Accept money from you no problem but make you jump through hoops to withdraw anything.

Absolutely awful betting site! Do not join! They are scammers and the site is absolutely awful. They give you a free bet "apparently" but then take it out of your winnings. It's an absolute sham!

Awful company, live chat is pathetic. I got market limited and I have a free bet and I can't even place it on anything. Disgusting!

I made 2.2k from winning bets then they confiscated my money with no good explanation, so I went to IBAS and they sided with novibet. Absolute scum of a bookmaker.

Thought this company was initially good but they suspended my account with 1800 pounds in it and won't let me withdraw it. Don't trust this company. Stick with the Big companies like Virgin, Sky and Betfred. Ths rest are chancers and sooner or later your money will be at risk. What is really annoying is they state that they have called you... when it's a blatant lie.

The site is ok I’m a new customer won a small amount on my 1st deposit but 3 days on it still hasn’t been sent to my account I joined for the bet £10 get £20 free I did get this but I had to send messages for them to credit it to my account not for me all the big betting sites do instant withdrawals this site is let down by the customer service we’re you do get quick responses but you don’t get a direct proper answer not for me this site maybe when it updates it’s services and helps the customer abit more

don't waste you time with them

They have no idea how to treat customers, you go on live chat and they are no use and rude, you email them and they send a copy and paste reply and if you reply to it they ignore you. They act like they are doing you a favour letting you bet with them, this is not the way to treat clients. they dont reward loyalty and would sooner lose a player rather than give a free bet

they ignore all feedback unless they rated excellent on here which says it all. they dont care about people who are annoyed at them

I will have to amend my review and this is just one more bookmaker which limits players that are not losing. Unfortunately my account was limited once I reached £2000 net winning with the company.

I am really surprised by the bad reviews novibet is getting. I am a new customer of the company and to the moment have been in touch a few times with the support team - they were helpful and quick in resolving everything I have asked. I had a proper win and had a withdrawal processed and in my bank account in less than 24 hours. Account was fully verified in a couple of hours. The website is user-friendly and easy to use. So far I have nothing negative to add. Hope the experience will stay as positive and pleasant.

I have been with them a week had 3 withdraws with then £100 £150 and £330 today no problems so far this is best site I have bin on there's loads of games more than other sites and on this site you get bouns 😁 I would say last night I had about 10 of them and on over sites ave bin lucky to get one. some are good some are bad but that fact that gives you a bouns and a chance then it's still fun even if I loose little bit.can't grumble am enjoying this site.
