Worst betting site I have ever encountered. The app is just terrible in general first of all, the opposite of easy navigation. No certain bets…lucky 15’s, patents,etc. I put a bet on each way at 16/1, had “accept higher odds” selected from the start, horse placed at 50/1 and they just won’t pay. I contacted their customer service repeatedly about it, and their response over and over, was “bet was settled correctly”. I presented all the information, official race result, showed them that higher odds were accepted…to show I was correct and they just responded with the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told I couldn’t. I asked them to explain how I was wrong and they were right and they couldn’t. It wasn’t even much but they just refused it. It was a small bet, so imagine what they would be like if it was a few grand. This is actually theft of my money. It is the same as scamming a bank account or robbing someone. Worst app and worst customer service I have experienced. Judging by all these reviews…I am not the only one. Stay away from this site

Don't bother, small print on their offers. Sent in docs for kyc which they refuse quickly, but have had the correct ones for 4 days and nothing. I can't withdraw money until this has been sorted. Avoid and stick to reputable sites

Withdrawing funds is so slow and painful here that id suggest not to play here i have waited now 5 days to get really small amount and even that required all possible documents imaginable and my account has been fully verified for a while now still the withdrawal is pending what a joke 👎

My wife had an account that was winning. I asked for withdrawal of all the funds but they did not pay claiming that i was handling multiple accounts.

I was a bit shocked by the amount of negative reviews. Personally, my experience has been great.
