Live chat agents are annoying af. They keep claiming you didn't activate bonus when depositing. I said im 100% sure I did and they keep disagreeing. I even tried the next day again and again I didn't get the bonus. I even screen recorded me tapping it and depositing. However you cant send files on live chat. Worst betting site I have ever encountered. The app is just terrible in general first of all, the opposite of easy navigation. No certain bets…lucky 15’s, patents,etc. I put a bet on each way at 16/1, had “accept higher odds” selected from the start, horse placed at 50/1 and they just won’t pay. I contacted their customer service repeatedly about it, and their response over and over, was “bet was settled correctly”. I presented all the information, official race result, showed them that higher odds were accepted…to show I was correct and they just responded with the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told I couldn’t. I asked them to explain how I was wrong and they were right and they couldn’t. It wasn’t even much but they just refused it. It was a small bet, so imagine what they would be like if it was a few grand. This is actually theft of my money. It is the same as scamming a bank account or robbing someone. Don't bother, small print on their offers. Sent in docs for kyc which they refuse quickly, but have had the correct ones for 4 days and nothing. I can't withdraw money until this has been sorted. Avoid and stick to reputable sites
