They only communicate via Facebook, and barely communicate at that.
I have been trying to get a refund for 13 items that haven’t sent for a week and they will not reapply to me.
I also have been tying to rerun the other items for a week and they will not give me answers.
The Wurlitzer is so bad. The images online are fake with differ t products being sent

As EVERYONE has stated here, this is not a reliable company. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I have been waiting for 2 months for a black jumpsuit to arrive, and after multiple emails not responded back to, they tell me that my order is on the way, and that shipping takes 5-15 days. It has been well over 15 days and I am now accepting that I just threw my money away. Ridiculous. Stay away!

This company is a scam. My credit card was charged. A few weeks passed and no order was received. I requested a refund as I saw the order was still in process. I thought something was not right with this company. I was charged in Canadian funds as per the website but on my credit card they charged USD and they did not refund the amount charged. Please do not order from this company. Also they never respond to your messages.

I recently ordered a navy stripped blose and they sent black. I have been trying to get a refund and this is the email I just received. I paid $24 for the blouse

The pic you sent, the striped top is not black, it is the navy one.

These people are a scam...please stay away.

HORRIBLE. I ordered a dress on here for my best friend's wedding, it didn't even ship until the date of the wedding a month later. I had to improvise. When it arrived finally, it looked NOTHING like the photo. CHEAP quality, poor floral graphics, bad sizing etc. I ordered other items that fit terribly and do not match their photos either, PLEASE BE AWARE as you cannot return without a serious hassle and shipping fees. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Complete crap! All the other reviews are spot on. The clothes are cheaply made and they want to haggle with you when you try to make a return. They offered $6.00 for a $35.00 order.

I received items that were not the same as the pictures that were advertised. The dresses stated polyester/cotton in the description and I recieved lycra! Who wants to wear that! When I asked for a refund and offered to pay shipping they offered me $10 refund and tried persuading me to keep the items or give them away to a charity. I had 3 responses and now nothing!
ONE OFFEREING THE $10 REFUND, THEN I WAS OFFERED $18 AND THE LAST RESPONSE $16.. I just want to return the items and get a refund

If i could give zero stars, i would. This company makes it nearly impossible for you to try and return the items and give you other reasons to try and keep the items instead of returning it. Responses are slow and never give you a direct answer for your concerns. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR POLICY AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. PLEASE BEWARE OF PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THIS WEBSITE OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN

Items never got shipped..Stay away, from this company all the crap is coming from China

I also did not read reviews and I guessed figured that a “company” would hold up thief end of the deal as stated on the website. I spent almost $150 and need to return all but one item and they keep offering me $20, $30, $40. This is obviously not a US company and they feel that haggling for a return price is acceptable. Seeing as this is not a US company, I am not sure what route to take in making strides in shutting them down. I am sure that won’t work either because they probably have 10 different company names that they can jump over to in case things “get bad”. In any case, save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

After 10 e-mails with them about wanting to return 2 items they said we don’t really do returns we just offer partial credit ( they offered me $10 for the $50 worth of clothes I bought) or partial store credit which is not what their website say... clearly states that you can return the items... Also the sizes are way off, ordered a sm and fits like a large. Stay away, order from Shein, same clothes but great customer service and you can actually return!

I haven’t ordered figured I’d come check reviews first. I could tell instantly from how cheap the prices were to how the quality of the photos looked that no way was that the companies photos. Especially some of the activewear leggings should’ve cost up to $80! Which I would’ve paid I dont trust $18

Order says delivered.. and I never even got the order they won’t even respond about a refund! This site needs to be shut down, like everyone else I should have looked up reviews but the site looks legit! Very upset and I can’t beleive like.... I didn’t even get anything at all. Nothing. Says delivered I’ve checked the past three days , and still nothing I’m like flabbergasted .

Terrible experience I really should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this site.

The items arrived, nothing like the description on the site and I never did get a returns address and surprisingly still no refund.

Novashe have no returns address or clear policy on the site and I asked that they send this to me several times without ever receiving. Please avoid guys, you'll only be left out of pocket, with items not worthy for re-sale.

Reluctantly I've had to go through the laborious process of reporting Novashe to the Ombudsman & Trading Standards, but it is really now out of principle to protect other people from these cowboy online traders.

Hope others do not get caught out. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

I ordered five items from this site and none of them fit. I normally wear a size US 4 and ordered pieces from Novashe in comparable sizes. Here is a review of my purchases:

2 Piece Color Block Bandage Bikini Set in small and medium. There was no noticeable difference in sizing of either tops, which fit more like larges. The small bottoms were probably more of a child's size, and the medium bottoms more like a US 0. The bottoms did not have a lining and the fabric was so poor quality that it they were see through in the back.

Women's Jumpsuit Fashion Sleeveless Loose Fit Lace Romper, small. Of all the pieces this fit correctly. However, because this fabric was not lined it was totally sheer. If this piece had been made from cotton, not low quality polyester, it could have made a nice swimsuit cover up.

Sexy Spaghetti Strap Solid Color Two Pieces Bikini Swimwear burgundy, small. The top fit correctly. The bottoms literally did not have elastic and all the seams split when I tried it on. Even though the description says "spandex" it seemed to be made only of polyester.

2 Piece Solid Ruffle Bikini Set burgundy, small. This was, by far, the worst item received. I swear to God the top they sent was an XL and the bottoms XS. The fabric was so poor quality that the bottoms were very thin & see through.

I would not recommend this company.

My daughter order a shorts suit in April (£15.00) and made the mistake of not checking reviews first. It arrived fairly promptly - but the quality was very poor ( cheap material and looked nothing like the picture on the website) and the garment was too big. Clearly she wanted to return the item - and it then became apparent that this would be almost impossible. You have to email the company to have a refund 'approved' and to get the return address... which I think may actually be in China. I didn't hear anything for a week and then the company tried to enter into a negotiation over the next 2 weeks or so offering 2 pounds, 4 dollars, 5 pounds etc for us to keep the item. Eventually I accepted an £8.00 refund ( which they said was their maximum offer) because it would have cost a fair bit to return the item to China with recorded delivery and I just wanted to bring the painful process to an end. They did process the refund after a couple of weeks, but I did have to chase it. I really wish my daughter had checked Trust Pilot before she ordered but I think we got off pretty lightly with only a £7.00 loss. I suspect the item cost very little to make and the company has still made a profit from us. A useful lesson for my daughter.

Stupidly I hadn’t looked into reviews. I am now stuck with a couple of rubbish pieces of clothing and the company keep offering me $10, $15, $20, $23 to keep the items. An absolute scam!

A total rip-off. Bought a dress but something different that was disgustingly awful quality turned up....an absolute rag not fit for cleaning the toilet floor. The company are refusing to refund. Wish I knew where they are........ Do NOT have any dealings with these presumably Chinese thieves.

Incredibly bad quality products, they do not reply you if you want to return the product ! AVOID!
