We had a very bad experience with this company.
Long story short that 2 years ago we purchased a projector and we didn’t receive the one we ordered but another one (which was more expensive). We didn’t know it wasn’t the right one until my fiancé came home from a trip a few days later (I didn’t know which one he ordered since I am not much of a tech girl).
By the time he got home the company reached out to us that probably we got the wrong product and he confirmed it to the company ‘cause he knew immediately just by looking at the size of the package.
It turned out that they switched two products and ours was delivered in a different country and the other person’s was delivered to us.
Up until this point it wasn’t a big of a deal. We thought we would return the product and then they deliver the right product we ordered in the first place. But unfortunately it wasn’t that easy.
Also important that they told us the other customer will send us our projector but we can’t send the one we got to him/her. (I am sorry but they were ready to give our address to a stranger (GDPR???) but also we are obligated to send his/hers to a completely different address?!)
They told us to send the wrong product to an address in France (on our own expense which they would refund later on) which wasn’t connected to the company in any way (we looked it up). We weren’t sure if this was a scam or not so we asked some proof that the person who they were referring to as their inspector is legit so they pulled him in our email conversation (in CC). Imagine having this kind of customer service and tell me you are not having trust issues. But since we didn’t want to keep the wrong product we decided to send it anyway (after many mail exchanges and some threats from the company of suing us). So we went to the post office, sent the package according to how Nothingprojector instructed us (internationally since we are not living in France) and spent ~60 € on it.
After that we let both the company and the inspector know that we sent the package that day. Unfortunately the post office was very incompetent and couldn’t deliver the package (we tried 4 times to send it but they always delivered back to our address and we don’t know why but it was a fault on the post office’s side, even though we explained it after the first trial what happened and it took 4 more times to fix the shipment). We sent proof that we got from the post office to show that we sent the product to the address. At this point 3 days after the first attempt to send the package to France the company started threatening us if we don’t send it they are going to call the policy and ask their lawyers to reach out to us and their inspector started sending emails with angry emojis.
We again tried to explain that this is not our fault and showed all the proof we had from the post office but they kept threatening us.
For the fifth time the post office eventually succeeded to deliver it to France but we never got any apology from anyone.
So I would not recommend buying anything from this company since its customer service is ridiculous and 0% customer friendly!!
Even after two years I get upset about all this and I can’t believe how they treated us.

We got a refund after this so we ordered a projector from another company.

I have no idea what's happening with my order. It's just going around in circles. It's been about 3 weeks and I have no update on the shipment.

Great Screen! I have a roll-out from the ceiling 92" which was plug and play. The remote control works perfectly. THe image is great and the screen keeps sufficiently flat for my Epson ls800 which is mounted at the ceiling. THis is one of the only scrrens which are available for ceiling mounted UST beamers - I am so glad to have found Nothing Projectors! Would buy it again!

Great rising ALR screen

Got it customised to get power from the other side and support were very helpful. Delivery was made within the timelines they set out for this at the outset. There were some initial hiccups with setup but support responded to emails and walked me through troubleshooting steps. Responses from support seemed to take a day to get back, which I suspect is a timezone issue but all sorted in the end.

Очень быстрая доставка, экран blackseries alr lt, экран брал для проектора xgimi horizon 20 max, картинка в пасмурный день и вечером на уровне телевизора только огромная, спеклов не вижу, я немножко испортил настройки управления экраном, но поддержка была профессиональной и быстрой, сняли и прислали видео как снова заставить пульт работать правильно, все получилось. В общем рекомендую

Great product at very good cost. The ALR screen I purchased is virtually identical to products that sell at nearly twice the price. Also very good customer support - very friendly and solved a problem literally within minutes for me. If you buy a screen and encounter some light wrinkles in the corners, don‘t hesitate to get into contact with support. They explain how to solve this and you get a perfectly flat surface.

Commandé avant le black friday, mais les promos était déjà présente, d'où un délai peut être un peu long, 3 semaines, afficher 6 jours sur le site, sinon communication avec le personnel du site impeccable pour être rassuré, produit identique a la commande, utiliser très peu de fois pour le moment mais très satisfait, pas de comparatif car c'est le premier écran et vidéo projecteur, rendu super avec un aura 2 ( écran 100 pouces de sol) , un ou deux plis présent lors de l'ouverture mais qui disparaît rapidement, sur des avis j'ai pu lire qu'il était bruyant, oui je confirme peut être une amélioration a apporter de ce côté là, sinon très satisfait

Bei "Nothing Projector" wird Service wirklich groß geschrieben. Sehr guter Service bei defekten Teilen. Es erfolgt ein schnellstmöglicher Austausch. Bei technischen Problemen wird trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen geduldig geantwortet und das Problem wurde gelöst. Das nenne ich Service 🙂

They took care of all the questions i had, great on tech support.

Interested in the screen, purchased through their website but customer service is terrible. So If the customer service is bad, the product is a risk. I want them to cancel my order because the fast '24hr/48hr' shipping is a lie. No communication about delays or updates from customer service. What happens if something goes wrong with the product if I do eventually receive it. I have asked by email for a refund. Soon I will contact credit card company. Please just cancel the order, it's not even been shipped. I told them I will be out of the country for months in a few days, they just disregard this. The package will not make it into my house and will be refused.

The screen arrived well packaged, and assembling was easy all the way to the edge pieces. However, the tolerances of the edge pieces are off. This, combined with the fact that the short‑side and long‑side pieces are attached to each other, makes it difficult to assemble the frame. After I put the frame together, there was a half‑centimetre gap left between the pieces on the long side of the top edge.

Why are the side pieces attached to each other when they aren’t structural and the corners are covered anyway with corner pieces?

The second problem was the wall installation. The instructions didn’t provide guidance that matched the size of the screen regarding where the wall pendants should be mounted, so you have to be prepared to drill more holes in the wall than you would need if clear instructions were included. When you finally snap the screen into place according to the manual, the wall pendants press against the screen from the opposite side. In other words, the screen must be pulled away from the wall as far as possible, otherwise continuous pressure will be applied to it.
