Immediate replacement
North gate provided an on-site service to save me taking the van into their workshop. A fault was spotted that meant the van had to be taken out of service. Contacted workshop and replacement was sourced same day. Did not have to go without a van.

On one occasion, I needed to change vehicles at short notice, and the team went out of their way to clear a part of the car park so I could transfer a large amount of equipment between vehicles.
