Great Service
Very friendly and efficient service.Lewis and the team do their utmost to turn the vehicle around quickly so we can keep our vehicles where they should be, on the road. Great communication during the process so we are always up to date with the situation. Would highly recommend.

Most helpful company.
I have been using Northgate for over 15 years now. The last 5 years I look after 16 vans of different types for my company. I find Northgate most helpful with ever thing the vehicles require, MOT service or breakdowns. The office and workshop staff are always willing to help.

Great service from the whole team!!!
My company have been using Northgate for nearly 10 years, and the Runcorn branch they has been an integral part of our operations running efficiently.
As many reading this will know, vehicles breakdown, and the challenges we have all faced over the last few years have been difficult when this happens.
The rental team at Runcorn always make us feel valued. They do their absolute best to keep us on the road with replacements when this happens, and the workshop work hard to get the vehicles back to us as quickly as they can.
Some of the few people that have been standouts for us over the years are:
Paul Thomas from rental, absolutely has the core values of customer service and tries his best every time to resolve whatever challenging requests we have. He usually answers any questions I have (even ones relating to his old department in workshop) and follows everything through from start to finish.
Craig Llyod in workshop, is always on hand to give us an update and any advice when needed. Always seems to be working hard to get any van issues turned around as quickly as he can for us.
Overall, I would rate this branch of Northgate highly and they have all the staff working there to thank for that.
