Wear & Tear
One of the vans we had on hire sprung a surprise - brake pad wear. John asked us to bring it in and his top notch team pulled out all the stops and had our van back on the road within 2 hours. No hassles, no griping....an amazing team and effort. I cant put into words how pleased I am with the service we have received, not just today but anytime we have required the workshop team at Glasgow.

Customer Service the way it should be!!
The girl serving behind the counter was very helpful, and kept everyone informed as to how their service was progressing. I was offered tea or coffee, and even managed to get a wee chocolate bar off her. Companies that have staff that are customer facing, should always be looking to employ people like Lauren. She made the wait far more bearable!!

I was having problems for my company…
I was having problems for my company regarding a hire van. No one was helping getting passed from pillar to post. Until Amber Ferguson t the Glasgow branch of Northgate stepped in and she could not have been more helpful, got it all sorted in one day. The service she provided was outstanding. If it was not for her the company were off - hiring the 3 vans we currently have on hire with Northgate and were going elsewhere.

Fantastic service from start to finish…
Fantastic service from start to finish !
I hired a van last week for a couple of days and was delighted to be served at Northgate mainly by Amber who was very professional and helpful throughout. Very easy going and knowledgeable, sorted all the forms for us and gave advice where needed. The van was great also - a smooth runner with plenty of room and barely over a few thousand miles on the clock.
If i was looking to hire again in the future i would happily return as all of the staff involved in the process have been a great help !
