Totally unprofessional service
Totally unprofessional service, issue with brakes causing steering to shake.
The van brakes should have been done on MOT & service in march but were left, now with disc on minimal causing steering to shake they are trying to blame the driver. Best crack is they say the brakes are to hot to take off but I haven't broke hard or been speeding due to the vibration it causes on steering they are going try and change the discs when apparently cool but won't be able to bed them in properly but enough to cover there backs on a brake test for a pass, so when I drive home without the brakes bedded in properly, if I have to brake hard and if it warps the discs then the company will be chargeable, considering the brakes won't have been bedded in properly in the first place as the assistant on desk tells me, this doesn't seem right to me.. what a shower of s##t.
If your considering fleet hire from these guys I'd seriously go elsewhere.

Numerous breakdowns in a 10 day period
Numerous breakdowns in a 10 day period
RAC giving 45 min estimates and then taking over 24hrs to show up , if they even did.
Being told that it’s shared out between loads of independent recovery companies and they choose who to pick up , so lucky dip if you do.
Then no replacement vehicles are available. 👎🏻

shocking experience
shocking experience, took a van away due to a safety recall with out notice, failed to supply a courtesy van and refused access for personal belongings. Was advised no courtesy as account had overdue invoices despite payment sent 2 days previous. Very poor way to treat a large account customer
