Excellent and friendly technical support by David Vater, which resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

We've had a great experience with Northern Telecom from start to finish. When our previous Wi-Fi and phone supplier unexpectedly went out of business, their head office was incredibly helpful and acted quickly. They promptly sent an engineer to assess our existing setup, and just two weeks later everything was installed efficiently and professionally.

With any telecoms changeover, you expect a few teething problems, but every issue we encountered was resolved almost immediately. The engineer on site was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was up and running smoothly.

On one occasion we had an issue with the phones, and it was fixed within five minutes of reporting the fault. That's the kind of service every business hopes for.

Based on our experience so far, I would happily recommend Northern Telecom to any business looking for a reliable communications provider. I just hope this excellent level of service continues.

Dan Mudditt the engineer who sorted out the issue we had with an installation problem was very professional and courteous, he sorted the issue with a minimum of fuss and disruption, quickly and to a very high standard.

They kept increasing price for broadband, and many times did provide the service, so gave them 2 months notice of cancellation. The line was dissconected on 13 April. but they keep harassing me and blackmail, stating they are to send debt collection agency for the sums I dont owe. What a dreadfull experience.

I've had a very positive experience with Northern Telecom. Dan Lomas is the person who is currently dealing with our account and he's been very helpful and supportive as well as being a friendly! His customer service is wonderful!
