I have just read the reply signal hero did to my original complaint

No apology just more hot air.

I requested a refund four times
Check the negative review on here 5th February. Same issue.

I requested FOUR TIMES

Each time trying to sell 'what would you like to pay'

I shouldn't have had to chase so many times, and I should not have had to wait until 'department x is back in'

No. No. No.

In the end I went on AliExpress and found a product (exactly the same I hasten to add) for £97 whilst you were selling for £550

After experiencing a fault with power supply to the device and reporting this to the support team I was provided with a replacement device and kept up to date with progress along the way in its transit. Despite being in a very remote area the support team continued to provide assistance to configure the new device in a very challenging environment and poor signal area and installation being on a boat . I'm happy with the support I jave received and would recommend signal Hero.

George, helped make what was for me a difficult technical decision to complete the purchase. We had constructive e-mail conversations and when the signal booster arrived it had been well packed and the instructions for use were very useful. Initially I set the system up without completing the final secure fixations and was able to confirm the significant signal enhancement that was predicted by a 5 STAR Company, Many Thanks, Bill Morton

I had an issue and Signal Hero were nothing but helpful. I have had this system for about 2 years and it's been brilliant as long as the main mobile mast works!

I had some initial queries about 4G/5G which they answered instantly and after hours.
Once the unit was installed it went from 0-1 bars as I moved around the house to 4 bars. Excellent product.

Nice and straightforward to set up. It took a bit of moving the outdoor aerial around at first to get the five bars, but after a bit of trial and error and a quick chat with their support team, we got there. I've now got five bars in the living room, and four bars in both the kitchen and my office. This kit definitely works. The signal in our area dropped off about seven months ago and the neighbours are still struggling with it. I’ve tried switching between three different mobile providers with no luck at all, so this has been a real lifesaver. Problem solved at last.

Setting up the Signal hero ultra 1000 felt like a bit of a mission at first! Looking at all the bits in the box was slightly confusing, but once I looked at the manual, the setup started to make sense. George was great, too—he confirmed my installation plan and helped me realise that the chimney (where our old TV aerial was) was the best shout for the outdoor unit.I managed to run everything through the loft without any drama. George even threw in some adhesive clips so I could avoid drilling, which made the whole thing look much more professional.I’ve gone from 1 bar and 'SOS' in the loft to a steady 4 or 5 bars. Even the kitchen, which was a complete dead zone, has perfect signal now. As I work from home, having 5 bars in my office is a total game-changer. WiFi calling is notoriously flaky, so I’m over the moon to have a proper, consistent signal at last. Highly recommended!!!!

Gone from zero bars to three. Its not exactly full signal, but so good.

The Signal hero kit definitely does the job. I had to spend a fair bit of time messing about with the outdoor aerial and trying different spots around the house to find the transmitter, mainly because the signal is pretty shocking in most of our rooms. In the end, I had to grab an extension kit because of our thick walls, but once that was sorted, it made a massive difference. We went for the Hero Force 300 Pro and it’s brilliant both my wife and I have a much better signal now.

Ordered a booster through signal hero boosters, however the order got delayed in shipping and I did not receive it until a day after a deadline i needed to have the product installed by. I do not believe the shipping issue was their fault
I explained the situation and they collected the shipment and issued a full refund.
Overall very professionally handled by the team , especially as the shipment was out of their control.

I ordered a 4G signal booster as the signal in my area is terrible.
For a few weeks the product worked as advertised however, it suddenly started actually making the signal worse meaning that we had to turn the signal booster off to get any signal at all.
I raised this complaint with the company who had me downloading an app so that I could run a test and email them the results.
When they received the results they have said that the mobile provider must of changed the frequency which is nothing to do with them and often happens so I need to buy a better signal booster for considerably more money.
After a lot of back and forth they agreed to send me a refurbished upgraded unit free of charge hence why I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3.

I have been very impressed with the service from Signal Hero. Initially the device was not suitable, but I was able to convey the issue via their customer service team (Thanks George!) and they identified the issue and sent a replacement repeater box. This is a game changer for my home office. Barely 1-bar to 4-bars. Highly recommend.

I have very little patience when doing anything that I know will irritate me. But this was easy to install. They were extremely helpful when emailing too

We are a small company located at the heart of New Forest, where a stable signal is hard to come by. Our sales team was struggling to get a sufficient signal for calls, which affected their ability to carry out daily tasks.
George was able to pick a system that was suitable for our needs and the delivery only took a couple of days. Setting up the system does not require any training and can be done within minutes. The signal has increased from a single bar to a full set of five bars. The company is now able to operate without signal causing any issues.

I recently ordered a Signal Booster Kit from you because our Smart Meter, despite repeated attempts by Octopus Energy, simply refused to pick up a signal from our phone provider, O2.

Installation was straightforward. I mounted the outside aerial, ran the cable into the cellar where the smart meter is located, connected everything up… and bingo. We went from a barely-there, flickering one bar of signal to a solid four bars almost instantly.

When Octopus Energy next arrived, the meter sprang into life as a proper smart meter and is now happily communicating with the EV charger. That was the whole point of buying the unit, so we’re delighted.

However, there was an unexpected bonus. Even though the indoor aerial is in the cellar, the signal throughout the house has improved dramatically. Previously we had one bar, occasionally two if the wind was blowing in the right direction and you stood on one leg. Now we have four bars across all three storeys of the house.

We were also given helpful advice and were actually recommended a cheaper option than the one we originally asked about, because it was better suited to the job. That sort of honesty is rare and very much appreciated.

So, well done Signal Heroes. The name is entirely justified.

Had the Signal Hero professional booster installed in our basement by their own team really solid job. We weren't expecting such a noticeable difference, but the signal's been brilliant since. Absolutely worth it top work, lads!

We're in an area with weak signal and our calls used to drop all time. After installing this, the problem completely disappeared.
