Great Overall, Delivery was slightly delayed and sadly…
Delivery was slightly delayed and sadly parts were missing (ordered a 6x4m and basically got a 4x4m) however the response from NPT (David Meechan) was superb, the items were sourced and quickly replaced. Assembly is fairly easy and instructions clear (only challenge is pulling cover over the frame, took four of us but it was windy!! So far the tunnel has been up a few weeks through two pretty strong autumn storms (50-60 mph gusts). It has stood up well, its very dry inside and the frame is large tubular steel and very heavy duty, the frame will see me in the ground for sure! The ground anchors are also very decent and the shelter has not moved an inch since install. My daughters two horses love it and therefore so do I! If any other woman asked me to spend a fortune on two animals who eat money I would tell them to do one!!!!!!!! Great product so far and will repost after 6 months.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and honest review! We're really glad to hear that, despite the initial hiccup, David was able to get things sorted swiftly for you. Sounds like it was a proper team effort getting the cover on in the wind, hats off to all of you!
Delighted to hear it's stood firm through some heavy gusts, that’s exactly what we like to hear. And we’re chuffed the horses are enjoying their new home too (even if they are eating you out of house and field 😉). Looking forward to that six-month update – thanks again for the kind words and support!

Terrific service and great quality
Ordered a small 4.5x2.5m polytunnel and the whole experience from the ease of online ordering to the on-time delivery was first class. Printed instructions, backed with the online video made assembly straightforward, and the overall quality and rigidity of the structure gives me great confidence that it will last for many years.

Easy like Sunday morning
Easy configuration online, easy ordering, prompt delivery (very well packaged) and excellent support.
9x4 metre easy build tunnel. Well designed and manufactured. Easy enough for one person to erect but two to cover on a calm day.
Absolutely no complaints.

Thanks so much for the glowing review. We’re so glad the whole process lived up to the “EasyBuild” name! Great to hear your 9x4m tunnel came together smoothly. Having an extra pair of hands for the cover definitely makes all the difference. Wishing you plenty of success in your new tunnel!
Outstanding quality and value
This product is outstanding and fantastic value for money. The quality of the tunnel and parts and the instruction video sent in advance were all brilliant. Very very happy with the product and I would highly recommend NP to anyone. One of the good things is that there is no wood used, it's all aluminium, steel and plastic so no rot will occur.

I was able to get help over the telephone and it really is such a relief to speak to a real human voice who can understand my problem and guide me through the pathway on the computer to order just what `I need. Your human workers are invaluable and as I am old I could probably not trade with you without them. Everything worked smoothy and arrived promptly.

speedy delivery a very well engineered sturdy product very good instructions very helpful video l wouldn't say it was an easy build wiggle wire is hard to put in at the end of the structure you need strong hands other than that well worth the money very helpful staff if you have any problems

Thanks so much for your review! Really glad to hear you think it’s great value and that the delivery and service hit the mark.
Agreed, wiggle wire can take a little knack. But we think the benefits are worth it, it doesn’t pierce the cover like wooden battens do; it’s reusable, can be layered, resists rot and corrosion (especially with galvanised or plastic‑coated versions), and helps the whole setup last longer.
Thanks again for your feedback! Happy growing 🌱

Great quality and service
We first bought a polytunnel and fruit cage from NP 25-odd years ago and they have proved to have been excellent purchases, withstanding the harsh weather of the NE of Scotland including Storm Arwen with 90+ mph winds. Now, moving house, we had no hesitation in buying from them again and were pleased to encounter the same friendly service and quality of product. Very, very highly recommended.
