Disappointed with delivery.
I ordered a shaft between Christmas & new year so expected dispatch to be around Jan 4th once back at work.
I emailed and was told it would be shipped on the 4th..Great.
Shipping did not update all week so emailed again to see if it had been dispatched and was told, due to Brexit, there might be a delay in shipping. Asked for a refund as we have no idea when Brexit issues will be resolved and was told I could not have a refund as the shipping company had collected the item.
The order has been "in transit" since 8th Jan with an expected delivery date of 15th Jan.
Had there been some warning on the website regarding delayed shipping I would not have purchased from NG as I have a customer waiting for their new putter.

Pleased with this putter cover for price. Arrived on time and would buy from this seller again.

I have received a email on giving yourselves a review, unfortunately I can’t give you a review on the product or service as I am still waiting on the part, was ordered on the 29/12/20, I’m guessing it will be with me shortly.

My order has been placed for more than two weeks but I am yet to hear from the merchant about the status of the order. It’s quite disappointing that there is no news nor status update l even just to inform me some of the items that could take time to prepare.

Absolutely dreadful service - beware all returns go back to Sweden - nowhere stated in their T&C. Cost me a fortune - the simulator is also not compatible with all mediums !
Worst online company I have ever used.

Worse service I’ve ever had buying golf equipment, ordered over a month ago now still haven’t received the shaft

I ordered a golf trolley. Which I was aware was out of stock. I emailed and had a swift reply telling me when it was coming into stock. It arrived after a week which was great to say it’s been shipped from abroad during this climate. Very happy with the product and service 🏌🏻🙌🏻👍. I will be buying from them again!

Thanks for the Irons. I look fwd to hitting my first balls. The grading in the length was still necessary even though they were single length irons. PW does require an inch off the shaft definitely.

I am never sure where my 5 iron is going to go, so I’ve been looking for an 11 wood for some time. Callaway do one for £240.00 but as I wasn’t sure this would be a fix I kept looking for a more affordable option, am I glad that I did!
Nordica supplied an 11 wood from date of order to my doorstep in 4 days, the wood in terms of weight, length, and size is compatible, and comparable with my Ping G400 woods. When placed next to the 5, 7, and 9 woods it looks as though it belongs to the same family, I’ve just tried it out on a sports field near where I live, and boy am I looking forward to getting back on the course after lock down. Not only am I delighted with the product and the service I’ve saved £170.00 😁
