Incredible shopping experience. I absolutely adore my Chanel heels I bought from Nicola’s site. They were shipped same day with tracked and signed for delivery. The shoes were boxed and packaged extremely well and safely and my shoes were in excellent condition. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

What a brill experience! My questions were answered promptly, I received my package the next day AND it was wrapped beautifully! Will definitely be back again, thank you!

Item was better than described and postage was quick, simple and very well wrapped, to minimise any potential damage. The whole presentation was excellent and made to feel very personal

Thank you so much very good quality 🙏🏼🌸

So I kept my promise to myself and this time the purchase was for ME!

Again Nicola was prompt with replying to my questions and the shoes are absolutely as good as they look. Really comfy. A rare treat to have something this special and not too high for my old feet.

It was 5 STAR service once again and I'm going to tell all my friends what they missed!

Totally relieved that at last I have a good fitting bra 'Safina'. Also the understanding of Maddie was second to none as I called to discuss my issue in finding a replacement for the M&S type that M&S no longer sell and also the quality was poor. She listened to my concerns of fit and on Maddie's recommendation I went for the Safina. PERFECT! so I have now ordered another 2 colours. Highly recommend the caring telephone support and good knowledge of Nicola Jane.

Nicola sourced an LV keepall 45 for me. She had a keepall on the website but I wanted something that wasn't as vintage, so I contacted her and she sourced me the perfect bag. From beginning to end Nicola's customer service was a dream. She took care in listening to exactly what I was looking for, sourced the item quickly and answered any of my queries. She even sourced me a matching LV dust bag. I have always been worried about buying pre-loved designer items as I didn't want to be sold a fake and worried about the items true condition - Nicola took all my worries away. I was provided with videos and photographs directly from Nicola Jane Couture Ltd before I had to make a decision, and of course as Nicola is very professional I trusted she knew how to spot fakes etc. Honestly, a complete dream. So glad I found you and your website Nicola, thank you! xxxx
