Outstanding

Shaun from Triniteq was amazing. Although it has taken our company a little while to get everything implemented the process has been thorough, great communication and fantastic follow ups. Can't wait to be on board with the team.

Very easy system to use with great analytical tools in the background. Plenty of tech support available to help when necessary.

Great Experience and Execution

We have had PowerEPOS through Triniteq installed at The Italian for just on a week now and I wanted to highlight the ease of which it has been installed and supported.

The way your support and installation team have worked with us from our first conversation through implementation, and ongoing help I have requested has been first class. Nothing has been an issue or not resolved, It was a big step for us to move away from a longstanding relationship with another POS provider, but you have proven this decision to be very successful and the right one.

I’ve worked with many POS businesses, tech staff etc in the past and I have to say Triniteq stands out as so easy to work with, solution driven and just simply there to help.

We use PowerEPOS integrated with Me&u across our 5stores. I couldn't be happier. Increased revenue and efficiency mean bigger profit without reducing staff hours because we now serve more customers, so we retain the staff. Both teams are a delight to work with. The support from both is second to none
