I have my car since December 2025 I had nothing but trouble they had my car for months I was borrowing and using other vehicles to get to work it started with it passing an mot with the bonnet catch would not close properly and could have popped up whilst driving also engine management light and airbag light I thought it had been like that because it sat when I got the car and drove it the lights did not go off whilst I had the car within a day or two I filled up the water tank twice upon further inspection it was leaking from water pump area I called them to book in it took a few times because they busy when it was taken in for repair I waited at least a month and half I was in contact all the time to find out when to collect my car and finally was told it was ready by law you have to give them a chance to fix it I went down to collect I inspected the work the light was still on the bonnet was the same and they had not even fill up the water tank so I filled the tank my self and it needed petrol so I drove up to the garage did not get very far as gearbox would not go into gear so I walked back to garage (dealer) and told them they said they would collect it for repair again so I asked for my money back

I was refused because they had spent to much money on I informed the owner that it should have not been sold like that any was not my problem and informed I had to give them a chance to fix it so I had no choice all the time I was asking for receipts for work done on the car for my records but they would not give them to me ?

I got the car back after about three weeks later the gears were and still are tight and the brakes were shot grinding and digging in to the brake discs and went to see two mechanic they informed the gears linkage and brakes and disc was damaged beyond repair the break were so bad on the car they were scorned in the metal I cannot use the car for long journeys and had to cancel family and trips to see. Friends.

I reported the the problem to the garage I told them I would like to take to an independent garage for the work to be done they said ok and get price so I did and the price want £650.00 they offered me only £400.00 so I contacted trading standards to aid and for advice i was told to sent a letter for a full refund.

I did that about 17 days went by I phoned them and they they would only pay the bill £400 only so no were to go I would except because they would not give my money back.

This was about a month ago go when you phone they don’t answer my call go to giff gaff,

my phone is blocked so I used a different number got straight through I have had to do this since bought car they never ring you back never message you back I have got through on different numbers and they say they were busy

I have tried to get the owner to ring me for a month or so now he will not they asked for bank details so I did that like I say it been about a month no contact I message them they never read them I can only assume they think I will go away with the problem also I have asked for my money back on numerous time they will not.

Please look else where the would not buy I bike from them let alone another car I am pretty sure now that they will not fix my car but I can save someone else.

Nothing is too much trouble for these young men. They are honest, and the vehicles are excellent. They helped me, a disabled old goat with paperwork, and everything went as smooth as silk. I will go nowhere else now.
