I purchased directly from the Wilderglow company and have had great results. The first time I ordered it took a little while, I’d say because they had run an adv campaign on insta, I was worried I’d been scammed. The second time I ordered the delivery was much quicker. I contacted the company the first time and they were fast to respond and very helpful.

I’ve been using it for 5 months and feel a noticeable change in my mood, fatigue, bloating and night sweats. It has a regular beauty cream smell in my experience.

I was just looking for the link to send to a friend when I saw the trustpilot reviews and felt strongly enough to add my experience.

Beware! This product comes from China. I never received my package and then they played games back and forth and I've never been refunded.

I'm here to praise Wilderglow's amazing customer service. I ordered the creams as a gift for my mum. Unfortunately, my parcel was lost due to Royal Mail's error. I contacted WilderGlow and was amazed by the way it was handled. They could have told me I should take this up with the shipping company, file a complaint etc..instead after a few quick back and forth emails they actually sent out my order again and free of charge! It was all handled by Eleana, and honestly it must be my best experience in this type of situation when shopping online.
So I'm a little shocked by all the negative reviews here, especially those regarding the customer service.
I can't personally say much about the cream, as I've not used them, but they were recommended to me (and my mum) by my twin sister who reports better sleep and less mood swings.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I purchased 3 jars of Wilderglow hoping to get some relief from my hot flashes. After 2 months of using the product, there was absolutely no change in my body. I reached out to the company who told me to give it the full 90 days and if it doesn't work reach out and they would refund me. After 90 days I reached out and they said they would refund one jar and provide information for me to send back the one jar that I hadn't opened. They have not refunded me, nor provided any return instructions and have ghosted me at this point. I think this place is a total scam. Their product doesn't work and THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE. I have reported them to the FTC. We all need to work together to shut these kinds of places down.

This is a SCAM. I bought this from the official website and was sucked into the whole marketing against my better judgement. It came from China first red flag…. Small plastic pot… smaller than appears on the website pages. Label writing is illegible as it’s so small. Had to take photo and zoom in. Pot half full, smelled strong of just nasty body lotion and cheap. Also a lotion not a cream and not the texture in picture on Instagram. I emailed the company and did get a response which sounded legit but AI can do that. Told me it was the correct amount and had to have space for shipping etc (hmmm). Two applications daily for 90 days not sure the amount would stretch that far… I applied to wrists and had to wash off after 30 minutes as I got a burning sensation. I’ve looked into getting it tested to see what’s actually in it I’m guessing not a yam or anything natural. I’ve also emailed the magazines that claim to endorse it (Elle, Marie Claire, InStyle) as a search on their websites found no mention.
The trywilderglow instagram has changed its name 11 times (hmmmm). Their website has little information and only a contact email address no ‘About’ page and just sells that one product. DO NOT BUY.

Ingredients list is completely false
Wild yam extract would never be the first ingredient, it’s too strong and there are dermal limitations to using such a product..there’s no water or emulsifier listed ..there is no preservative listed and a natural cream would not contain synthetic fragrance, which this does .. cheap nasty little jar and cheap nasty label. Don’t be fooled.

I was very disappointed with my experience. My creams arrived and I later discovered they were shipped from China. I used the product for about a week and unfortunately it gave me terrible insomnia, which I had never experienced before.
In order to be refunded the want me to send the unopened cream back to china and pay for it.
I also wanted to add that I order from them directly not Amazon, they are trying to convinced people the Amazon cream is a scam when they are also a
Scam!! Also, the smell is terrible it cannot be natural it’s smell like chemicals.

total SCAM. it smells awful & it is suppose to be fragrance free!!! cheapest packaging ever. would never want to put this on my skin. & i sadly got a 3 pack & cannot return it because it is from china & i have to pay & they will not except it if it is damaged in the mail. ha

I feel I have been trapped again by a Instagram ad. They claim to be from " Victoria ". I thought BC but it is not . its in Australia and according to Google map its an appart building . They claimed to do "small batch" production, so I felt for it. it is actually shipped from China, it takes over 10 days and tracking number is from China and they answer emails at night! I will try the product but from now on , all these Shopify shops , I won't trust anymore since it has been my 3 times being fulled by Shopify shops advertising on Instagram.

I ordered from the official website back in September (shipping took about a week and a half, which was a bit longer than usual, but it didn’t bother me), not from Amazon. After I bought it, I saw the reviews here and honestly got scared. But I had already tried so many products that didn’t work and I was desperate, so I decided to give it a chance...

I messaged the company about the reviews and they were really nice and reassuring. They explained that there are fake sellers on Amazon and that many of the bad reviews are likely from people who didn’t buy from the official website.

For the first few weeks,.. I didn’t notice much and thought maybe it wasn’t wrking. But around one month in, I realized my hot flashes were less intense. I also slept 6 hours straight for the first time in years. Been using it for about 5 months and my hot flashes and night sweats are basically gone. I’ve also noticed I’m not as irritated anymore, probably because I’m not constantly overheating.

I used HRT before and honestly this has helped me more. Customer service was great and they responded pretty fast too.

If you’re thinking about trying it, I definitely recommend it. 100%.

I don’t have anything good to say about this product. I had a bad asthma attack and an allergic reaction to the product. I messaged the company and they asked for pictures to prove my allergic reaction. Which is impossible because I can’t send a picture of my chest getting tight and having breathing problems. Then they proceeded to tell me I would have to send the products back and use my money for postage and they would only refund me the money for the one unopened. I said I want my money refunded for both and they refused to refund me. It’s been weeks of them prolonging it and not refunding me. This is horrible customer service and they shouldn’t even be in business!

I wish I'd looked up reviews before I got sucked into this scam! The product still hadn't arrived after 6 weeks. Many emails back and forth to the company, each time being told it will be with me the next day. Fortunately for me it never turned up. Many many more emails and I have eventually had a refund. But I had to fight to get the full amount.

This brand was claiming 5 stars reviews on Trustpilot (on their Facebook page which seems to have vanished now) and yes, I should have checked myself before ordering... I started having concerns when the order tracking showed it was sent from China (which means it is made in China). China's standards on ingredients and component are not alingned with the UK/EU standards. It does promise a "90 days risk free trial" but the their refund policy shows the customer has to pay for return... to China!!!

I was skeptical about this cream because of all the negative reviews here on Trust Pilot but after a lengthy dialogue with the company (I had lots of questions) and speaking with gals who commented on their IG posts who have used it themselves, I took the plunge and bought it. The company has been extremely responsive to my many questions and was extremely patient. It turns out that there are knock offs of this product being sold on Amazon. So unless you are buying it directly from WilderGlow then you are not buying the real product. I read comments that the packaging is horrible and that it smells awful. Those comments must be from folks who unfortunately bought the knock off product. I just received mine and the packaging is quite nice and it smells lovely. I’ve just started it today so I can’t speak to its effectiveness, but I’ll be sure to come back and give my honest feedback 90 days from now (May 29th)… I’ve placed reminders in my calendar to ensure I am cycling 3 wks on and 1 wk off to ensure I am following the instructions to the mark.

All I can speak to so far is that the customer service has been lovely to work with and extremely attentive/responsive and I am hopeful that the product will do great things as I enter into the early stages of perimenopause (I’m 49 in a mth).

Oh, and I live in Canada and I ordered it 02/20/2026 and received my package today, 02/28/2026 so delivery is not long… again, coming from folks who most likely bought the knock off.

Wish I had read the reviews on here first.

Very tacky packaging. Not even sealed. Chemical smelling substance which I suspect is not what it says it is. Snake oil.

I fell for the scam. The product is being shipped from China. I never would have ordered it if I knew. Advertising is deceitful and misleading.

Not a natural uk based company - yam cream full of chemicals and not in the least using natural products, nothing short of a scam
