NewBold Solicitors Anmeldelser

Had a great experience purchasing my first property with NewBold Solicitors. I was looked after by Jessica, Gemma and Rameen and they were friendly and answered all of the (many) questions I had as a first time buyer. They kept me posted and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free (when I had been warned it would have been very stressful!). I would 100% recommend and work with them again!

We recently purchased a house through NewBold Solicitors. We've been dealt with friendly but in extremely professional way. Jacqui and Liane answered all questions and guided us through the process efficiently.
We would highly recommend NewBold Solicitors.

Same as the review below, they’ve dragged out a simple purchase for months. The case gets passed from person to person and no one has a clue what’s going on. I’ve been told they were awaiting search results but I already had confirmation of these. They said they had partial replies to enquiries when I was told they had the enquiries and they were being reviewed. I have had to ask countless times for updates and it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone. My grandfather passed away last week and I mentioned all this was adding to the stress of tying up his estate. They couldn’t even bring themselves to offer their condolences or acknowledge that I was dissatisfied with what they were doing. Absolutely shocking solicitors and I wish my financial advisor hadn’t recommended me to them just ‘because they were the cheapest’. £1.300 is a lot of money to some people but I’d rather have paid more to get a better service

David Coleman provided great legal advice regarding a breach of contract. He gave invaluable advice and I highly recommend David and Newbold Solicitors.

My experience was very positive. I have used NewBold solicitors when buying a property, I have been taken greatly taken care for and they have taken additional steps and searches to make sure the property is worthy. I was mainly dealing with Jasmine and Alysha, thank you and thanks to the rest of the team.

I found Newbolds online when we needed to instigate legal proceedings to remove a tenant.
They gave very clear fixed pricing at the outset.
More importantly they proved to most knowledgable, speedy and efficient .
Their advice was impeccable throughout .

I am so appreciative of meeting the berryn kautia team. Everything is going smoothly. As a first-time property buyer, I'm lucky to meet you to finish purchasing.

Team of Newbold Solicitors is very professional and helpful to get Possession order efficiently, especially Elisse Ricketts is very knowledgeable and listen your case in details before you start application

Excellent services and very helpful in the entire process of purchasing

After having bought our current home with Newbold Solicitors (Team Tracey and Debbie), it was no question for us that we would use their services again for selling and buying a new property.
The team are always helpful, knowledgable, responsive and caring. They always keep you up to date throughout the process and are dealing quickly and professionally with all obstacles thrown at them. Great customer service, always having your very best interest at the core of their work.

NewBold Solicitors were fantastic with the sale of my property. Lisa and her team were very professional and friendly when I was dealing with them in the Cwmbran offices and gave excellent advice/service. I would highly recommend this practice for any and all services they can provide.

I would like to thank Newbold solicitor for an excellent service . Twice now I seek for Beth M. For her expertise in legal matters when it comes to property purchase and selling . Also her secretary Nia who always update me with all the changes etc. I highly recommend Newbold solicitor.

At the Cwmbran office the staff were always helpful and courteous and we felt that they were doing everything in our best interests.

Sarah and team were fantastic throughout the buying process. Very proactive and easy to talk to, everything was made easy for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend

Excellent service and great communication throughout the purchase of my new home. Gemma and Rameen I would like to Thank you both so much. I highly recommend newbold solicitors :)

Our experience with Newbold solicitors was dreadful. We had to do lots of chasing and the day before we were due to exchange contacts and get the keys, I was told it would have to be put off for a week. This left me homeless for 7 days, my furniture had to be put in storage until the following week. The solicitor refused to accept any responsibility and eventually gave me £200 as a "goodwill gesture". This was a fraction of what it cost. The stress was awful and it really spoilt the experience. I am extremely surprised to see that the solicitor is still working for the company.

I employed Newbold Solicitors to purchase a property for me. The sale didn't go through due to issues on the Vendor side, but I had tremendous service from Alysha and Jasmine who conducted themselves professionally and efficiently and did everything possible with a difficult Vendor to secure the sale.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Tracey Edwards in handling my recent house sale and purchase
Tracey went the extra mile in her dealings with my buyer's solicitor who was being very slow in responding. Even more impressive was Tracey's tenacity to get things back on track including working late into the evening to clear 28 enquiries rasied by my buyer's solicitor at a very late stage. Mindful of this setback Tracey ensured all aspects were kept transparant and on track to ensure completion of my sale and purchase were simultaneous on the agreed date.
This is the second time i have used Tracey with house conveyancing and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her - from my recent experience in buying a new home it is also apparent Tracey is highly respected within the new build sales community , firmly earning respect with her professionalism, meeting expectations and ensuring new build deadlines are met.

I have received an excellent service provided by Jacqui and Leanne in the purchase of my new home. Clear and continuous communication throughout. Dealt with all my requests promptly. Few delays due to the seller but I was kept up to date constant. I wouid highly recommend Newbold Solicitors

From start to finish, Tracey and Debbie were very professional and thorough in assisting us with our home purchase.

I wouldn't hesitate to have them represent us in future transactions.
