Ich wurde per Mail dazu aufgefordert, die erste Miete plus Kaution und Servicegebühr zu überweisen, noch bevor ich die Wohnung besichtigen kann. Angeblich würde das Geld zurück überwiesen werden, wenn kein Mietvertrag zustande kommt - na sicher!

One star is being nice. This company is an absolute horror show.

I had to receive a refund becuase the landlord made a mistake and the house rented was not actually available. I received a refund short of approx. $1000 and it has been literally impossible to receive a reply to any attempt of contact ever since.

Nestpick made finding my apartment in New York easy and convenient, and gave me a secure platform to have a correspondence with the landlord.

Gina was great, the apartment in Abruzzo is very nice and quaint perfect for the 2 of us!

In the end everything worked out.
Communiication can be a bit tedious however.
Average response time is probably around 2 days, got my check-in information after multiple requests on the day of arrival.

The team was very responsive when booking, and the platform itself was very easy to use; and best of all, I got a great price for a great place!

The person was helpful and secured me the room, but communication was a bit slow (few days) which can be a bit stressful when booking accomodation. Overall though was a good experience. Thanks

Relatively good experience, normally pretty quick with response times. Everything was fairly straightforward and easy.

Nestpick was very good at communicating with me and directed me in the right direction. I will use and recommend them to my friends and family.

After 2 weeks trying to contact them via emails and calls I havent got any answer. I payed a depositum and never got it back. ITS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM.
I highly recommend NOT to use nestpick. I even sent a report to the police. This people take advantage of you and leave you with NOTHING.

I booked a flat on their website and paid half of the total (1 month for a 2 month stay). I was then emailed by the parent company who puts their listings on Nestpick that the prices Nestpick was showing was more than half off the actual price. They told me I need to pay more than 2x what I was quoted or else I needed to cancel. Of course I cancelled. No one from Nestpick emailed me back. No one returned any of my phone calls. It took over a week to hear back from anyone about confirming cancellation and getting a refund. Horrendous service and I encourage you to stay away from this company. You can't trust the prices that you see on their site.

Gina was available to answer questions and provide help, including bringing a new pan when the old one didn't work with the induction heater. She is also generally nice.

Awesome location found through them at a great quality/price ratio. Used the service for 1st time in October 2022 and now in February 2023 using it again.

I will never recommend this company to anyone every again. They have horrible bookkeeping. I used them over a year and a half ago. Apparently due to an "internal error" they transferred too much money (over 2,000 extra) to my rental place after my initial payment. I noticed the amount it said I had paid was over what I actually needed to pay/paid. I addressed this with the rental place and they did not know what it was from. They said they would look into it with their bookkeeper. My question was never answered by the rental place which is another issue. I left the rental place in May 2021 after only two months. However, a year and a half later, November 2022, Nestpick emails me and say that due to an "internal error" I owe them $2,000 + dollars. While my question from March 2021 was finally answered, I do not believe it is fair to request this a year and a half later. Especially seeing how it was 1) their company's "internal error" and 2) Something that I addressed initially in an email March 2021.

There should be consequences or compensations when a company messes up as much as they did. I do not believe they have a right to request this amount a year and a half later as they clearly have a very poor bookkeeping system. I would highly discourage anyone from ever using this search engine or trusting them with your money. A year and a half later, I completely regret my decision to ever use them.

Nestpick made it easy to find a place to stay. It removed the headache of having to move to a new city on top of starting a new job. On top of that, I found a nice place close to my office which is so convenient.

It was really easy to find an apartment on Nestpick, we were searching for an apartment in Berlin for almost for 2 months without any sucess but with Nestpick we found one easily, the handover was smooth and the apartment was splendid.

Gina at Nestpick was very nice, responsive, and easy to work with. She made my booking experience much less stressful and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to book with Nestpick!
