We recently had our kitchen designed and installed by Neptune York, and the whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we contacted Neptune York, the team made us feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely excited about bringing our ideas to life.
Our designer, Laura Keith, took the time to understand how we use our space and translated that into a layout that is both beautiful and incredibly functional. Their attention to detail was second to none; every cabinet, colour, and material choice felt carefully considered and perfectly tailored to our home.
John Magnor was just as impressive. Incredibly responsive and professional with amazing attention to every detail.
Hayley Bower was fantastic about organising the logistics. Thank you.
The installation team were fantastic, tidy, and clearly skilled, they treated our home with care and kept us informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship is outstanding; you can really see the quality in every finish and fitting. Adam was our joiner and Steve the painter.
The final result has exceeded our expectations. Our new kitchen is not only stunning but a pleasure to cook, gather, and spend time in. We’ve already had so many compliments from friends and family!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neptune York to anyone looking for a high-quality, beautifully designed kitchen backed by a team that truly goes the extra mile - even as far as Edinburgh. Thank you so much to you all.

Lee and Craig did an excellent job delivering my Neptune bed and assembling it for me

Excellent delivery from Lee and Craig; on time, helpful, cleared up after themselves and took all the packaging away, leaving us with our lovely new Neptune housekeepers cupboard and drawers.

Unhelpful staff in York store. Disinterested in sale of kitchen dresser (so ordered online rather than in store). However, delivery was great - Mihai and Ninel were very courteous and professional.

The ceramic houses were just lovely and arrived very quickly and very so very pleased.

This was our second order from Neptune and the service provided has been excellent throughout. Our delivery guys, Mihai and Ninel were brilliant and took time to talk us through how our new furniture had been constructed in the event we move home in the future. The pre-delivery communications were excellent as was the sales experience with Nicola and Hannah.

We have been customers of Neptune for many years and so were confident when ordering new sofas. However, sitting on a sofa in the showroom for a short while to sitting for a few hours at home made for a very different comfort factor. Firstly the Eliza sofas are far too high (and my husband is 6'1") and we have to shuffle onto them and shuffle off. The seat base cushions themselves are so deep (almost the width of a single bed) that sitting back feels like Goldilocks sitting in the Father Bear's chair! We have both suffered with back ache since using them as it is almost impossible to get really comfortable due to said height/depth. The sofa tested in the showroom did not feel like this at all and I am assuming this is because we ordered a 4 seater rather than the smaller one in the showroom. However, the comfort factor should not be an issue at this price point. The overall design of the larger sofa is really not, in our opinion, fit for purpose and we are highly disappointed considering how much we have paid for them and ordering two versus 1.

The staff are friendly, the shop is beautiful and the items are of high quality. Shopping here is always a great experience.

Good products and friendly staff

Neptune in York is such a pleasure to visit and get ideas for interior inspo. So many lovely things, it’s worth saving up to invest in the quality pieces. We chose a beautiful oak dining table, side board, bench and floor mat. The delivery period was longer than expected but we were happy to wait. The delivery team were superb! They were polite, punctual, tidy and assembled the item in position.

In short, it was a pleasure to order from Neptune.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of product & service from everyone involved.

From the moment we entered the store in York through to the final delivery by Lee & Craig everyone was helpful with a cheerful disposition.

We would happily recommend Neptune to anyone.

Hi, We ordered 2no Affinity pictures, separately. First had extensive package damage, opened ( initial wrong address delivery?)No contact with us prior delivery .Fortunately picture had no damage. Reported to York Neptune who we felt treated matter with little empathy and blamed Dx courier.
Second picture arrived safely by Dx but again packaging damaged but picture ok

The flowers were beautiful once I managed to arrange them but I was told in store that they came with instructions which they didnt

Excellent quality product. On trend design. Speedy delivery. Love you Neptune. My only criticism is you are expensive

Whilst expensive, the quality is undeniable so each individual must decide if it’s worth it.

Any dissatisfaction that we might have concerns the delivery time. Firstly it takes literally months before you will receive the goods. Even then the delivery date kept getting pushed back, which was frustrating.

On the plus side the actual delivery went very smoothly. The delivery guys Mihai and Nobel were very good, both friendly, helpful and respectful of the process.

We have bought from Neptune before and will probably do so again in the future.

Unfortunately the unit arrived with a few marks in the paintwork which was a bit disappointing from Neptune. However the delivery team (Mihai and Ninel) were great. They arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful. They installed the unit and took the time to explain our options and then touch up the paint work by hand on the areas we were not happy with. Their work was very precise and made the unit look great. Brilliant customer service from Mihai and Ninel - thank you
