Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Great service
Purchasing our bed from Neptune was a pleasure.
The delivery was seamless, though I did have to chase for a date!
Nevertheless, the delivery men were polite and helpful and assembled the bed and removed the packaging efficiently.

The delivery drivers faced difficulties…
The delivery drivers faced difficulties because of small Cornish lanes & streets. They assembled the furniture upstairs in my house and were so helpful.

Jason and Chris from the Delivery Team are the perfect pair to deliver your Neptune products. People underestimate a delivery team but they are the core people to delivering expensive furniture.
Honestly could not of met two nicer guys who had a tough task getting my sofa.
Warm, friendly, approachable and just lovely gentlemen.
I will request them every time I get a delivery from Neptune as a regular customer :)

Great customer service
First time ordering from Neptune. I saw the Lewes jug and honey jar. Very reasonable price as they were in the sale. Looks beautiful and the quality is very good. I had emailed the shop to see if the items were in stock and they responded very promptly. Very good customer service.

Just one sofa was suitable to fit…
Just one sofa was suitable to fit through the front door as the legs can be removed. Why doesn’t Neptune do more like that? Fortunately it is just right. The service from the staff in the Wimbledon store was excellent.

The sales assistant in the Wimbledon branch was so helpful! Unfortunately, three of the items I wanted were out of stock. Despite the disappointment the charming lady went above and beyond to try and source the products.
