Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Disillusioned customer
The staff at Tonbridge cannot be faulted in their warm welcome and professionalism whenever we called in to the store . However my husband and myself felt extremely let down when we visited the Tonbridge branch shortly after, to make an order of several different pieces of furniture. We discovered, that with no warning, there had been enormous price rises across the store. We were left, having planned to furnish our new home in retirement, with no option but to reduce our eagerly planned purchase drastically. Having visited on several occasions in the weeks before, we felt that had we been forewarned, we would have made our order. The reason we did not come slightly sooner was to protect the staff, as I was suffering from a very heavy cold, and did not want to infect anyone. Luckily, we discovered a branch of Cotswold Furniture had opened in Tunbridge Wells and they have benefited from our custom.

Shopping in Neptune is always a very pleasant experience staff are friendly and very efficient. After purchase and delivery the guys are always extremely nice very courteous and go out of their way to be very helpful.

Very pleased with rug, was’nt sure when it would arrive as no notification came through prior to delivery. Could have been away & it would have been left in porch.

Excellent service once again. Excellent quality items delivered with polite delivery men taking away all the packaging for me. My only comment to improve would be a delivery notification before the day of delivery for larger items. Just to ensure customers are no longer than 30 minutes away from home.

Sally and the Team at Neptune Tonbridge are stars
What a wonderful store Neptune is and Sally and the rest of the staff are fantastic to deal with . They are welcoming and incredibly helpful. We ordered a Suffolk coat rack which was customised. We were kept informed of delivery times throughout. We couldn't be happier with it. The only problem I have is when we came to collect it my wife then decided we needed a load more items . Which again Sally was very helpful in ordering for us and packaging up the bits we were able to take away that day. A great shop with excellent stock and wonderful staff

Neptune Tonbridge is my 'go to place'…
Neptune Tonbridge is my 'go to place' when looking for creative inspiration and help in the planning to make our home the beautiful, safe haven it has become.
Georgia is always on hand and goes the extra mile. If ever I'm not quite sure, I always receive the appropriate direction and guidance, whichever is needed.
This sort of support has given me more confidence. I love design but I'm no expert, therefore sometimes I'm not sure. To have an expert on hand to help with decisions has meant costly mistakes have been avoided, enabling the ability to step outside my comfort zone. I love Neptune and everything it's about - just the thought of a visit to the site fills me with excited hope of what's in store.
