Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.

Tonbridge were brilliant
From the initial meeting at Tonbridge with Tom our designer all the way through was a great experience. We were kept completely updated and even when we had to push back the installation by a week they accommodated. We love our new Neptune Kitchen

Excellent store experience
All the staff in this store are extremely helpful - ready to offer assistance or just to let you browse . It is a pleasure to visit - sometimes to purchase something and other times for inspiration for example looking at painted wall colours in different room sets . Highly recommended

Beautiful table
Ordered a table & chairs!! Whilst it was a few weeks wait it was definitely worth the wait!! The table z& chairs arr absolutely stunning just what I wanted!! And a huge thanks to the delivery men who were polite, helpful, unpacked, explained about the furniture and took all the rubbish away!! Highly recommend

Absolutely Fabulous
Where do I start? From our first visit and appointment with Rosie everything just flowed perfectly. Rosie re-designed our lounge/diner which was beyond boring and uninspiring. The changes to how the furniture was re-positioned was amazing. We bought everything through Neptune and cannot express enough how delighted we are with the colour scheme and the furniture. Rosie was always prompt in answering any queries we may have had. One thing I enjoyed the most, was watching her accessorise the room once the furniture and curtains were in place, just amazing vision and talent. Anyone not sure, please ask to see our photos.
Also I cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Neptune, Tonbridge.

Kitchen of our dreams!
Tom, James, Ollie (designer, project manager and fitter), along with the rest of the team at Neptune Tonbridge, made the whole process a delight from beginning to end.
A new kitchen and the build around it is a big commitment, and a big expense. They made every penny spent absolutely worthwhile. We have a beautiful, stylish and practical space that is the hub of our home.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Neptune.
