Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Quality products and excellent service
My husband and I are over the moon with our beautiful Long Island chair and sofas. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the fabric colour - Linara Natural - is just gorgeous. A big thanks to Georgia at Reading, as well as the whole Neptune team for all their help in making the experience a very pleasant one.

Replacement charger
During our move a charger for a battery operated lamp was lost. I emailed Neptune (Reading) asking if they could help with a replacement. They replied within an hour and said replacement is in its way. WOW - that is what I call amazing customer service. The bonus is I also love the lamps!
Keep up the great work guys - it means so much to customers!

Amazing customer service
We recently bought the Arundel dining table from the Reading store and our experience of dealing with Neptune from placing the order and receiving delivery updates to the 2 men who delivered and assembled it was excellent throughout.
Following delivery I had a query so spoke to Georgia at the Reading store who was very helpful and offered me a solution within the hour. First class customer service Neptune - thank you!
