Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. We’ve just had such a lovely shopping experience at Neptune in Reading by Claire, Liz and Jo!
We called ahead to check something was in stock and by the time we had got there the items had already been gift wrapped. All three ladies were so helpful throughout our shopping trip and have truly left us looking forward to coming back again soon.
It is absolutely worth popping in to this lovely store in person for a great shopping experience!

Excellent customer service
After placing an order with Reading branch the communication with the store was excellent, the goods arrived as planned and in store welcome during the pick up was friendly and welcoming.

I thought the staff were brilliant
I thought the staff were brilliant, ready to help in all ways .They gave very good unbiased opinions. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
The Reading sore is a joy and an inspiration to walk around. I find it diffnot to go back every day!

Excellent service
Excellent service from purchase at the Reading store to the delivery. Lee and Craig who delivered were very polite, tidy and efficient. Delighted with our table and chairs. Highly recommend Neptune.
