Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Great customer service at Neptune Outlet
Called the Outlet to ask about a sofa displayed on the Outlet website. The member of staff arranged for us to view the item the next morning. We purchased the sofa. Thanks for such an efficient, friendly service. The whole experience was tremendous.

I absolutely love this brand
I absolutely love this brand, but there isn’t a shop near us so I do relay on the websites. Twice found ordering ver easy, dispatch has been swift, delivery is excellent, as is the customer care on the occasional time I’ve needed to ask a question re size etc. I have not problem in recommending Neptune 5 star service from me ⭐️

Excellent experience.
Great range of stock and we bought some mugs. Nice ladies behind the counter and all done speedily. Had a lovely coffee and cake and on our way after a quick zip round the amazing showrooms.
