But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

The furniture was our first Neptune purchase - it was delivered on the date promised, and we`re delighted with the choice. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the outset, and intent on finding the right product to suit our requirements. Thanks Stevie for doing a great job !

Montague storage box in Lily paint
We absolutely love the Montague storage box. It is a little expensive for a Lloyd Loom style chest but it is beautifully made and has an internal lining and sturdy lid. The paint colour Lily is a good neutral shade and fits perfectly with our pale grey walls and furnishings.
Delivery was well communicated and prompt and the delivery men were polite, careful and efficient.
Neptune’s service from the Knutsford instore ordering on 2 Feb 2023 to the taking away of the packaging after delivery on
8 Feb 2023 was excellent.

Excellent service
We have a lovely kitchen fitted by Neptune a few years ago.
Recently we had an issue with the fridge and dish washer doors that was resolved speedily and efficiently by the exceptionally pleasant employees at Neptune.
Great company!

What a wonderful experience at Neptune home shop! All the staff are so welcoming, professional & helpful. Neptune - Knutsford
The staff at the Knutsford store are all very friendly as we visit often. They offer great advice and are all really helpful apart from one member of staff, although to be fair we haven’t seen her on the last couple of occasions that we have visited and we usually visit once every two weeks.

Great service
Great service, quality side tables painted to customer specification and was left a pot of touch up paint.
The delivery guys were friendly, helpful and on time.
They unpacked the items in their van and brought them in and took away the packaging which was very helpful.
Delighted with my purchase!

Really positive learning experience
Vicky has been so helpful with decisions regarding how to decorate and furnish our new space. She has the experience of knowing which shades of paint and shapes of furniture will work well in which spaces and she’s very honest with her opinion which I find both amusing and really helpful. Working with Vicky has taught me some rules about interior design which I can use in other projects in the future. I love our new Shoreditch dining chairs and have enjoyed seeing some new Neptune furniture bring some existing pieces to life.

Fantastic interior design service
We used the interior design service for our bedroom. Vicky has done a fantastic job helping us to redesign the space, advising on both the big decisions such as colours and furniture to the smaller decisions such as cushions, throws, artwork. We’re delighted with the end result.

Fabulous outdoor furniture!
My furniture was delivered promptly, communication was excellent, the outdoor sofa and coffee table are beautiful so I couldn’t be more delighted. I know from experience that Neptune garden furniture is really robust, hard wearing, can live outside all year round and still look great many years later, Thank you Neptune!
